Just started here yesterday. Man elon is hemorrhaging cash. Probably saw 25 people just standing around or walking around all day. Prior to this one was at a forensic lab for San Francisco. Pretty cool job, they had a ballistic range in the middle of the building with some pretty crazy sound proofing. Razor wire to all the metal stud walls under drywall, like the pharmacy's in hospital's.

I've seen bullet "resistant " drywall used in the construction of new Police Depts, and other Govt. Buildings. Expensive stuff.

Cool, they used lead lined stuff in the x-ray areas on a couple projects I've been on.

Copper sheeting before 3 layers of 5/8 firecode.
The venting for the machine is a thing of beauty as well
Crazy copper piping.
The insulators that do these things are fucking rockstar.
Being around those insulators, actually taught me a serious appreciation for well done insulation.
The work has to be perfect, because the venting isat near ABSOLUTE zero.
So any leaks or issues in the sheathing or insulation and it could seriously fuck someone up.
That shit's above my pay grade lol

Been around an MRI builds, I've done 3 hospitals over the years. The big one I did had MRI build. Those fuckers are expensive!
