Fat Intake Matter While On Test?

Currently cutting on 2700 calories and my fat intake has gone as low as 35-40g a day with protein north of 200g and carbs north of 350g to keep me full.

My fats have been higher (60-70g) the past 2 days and for some reason my sex drive has come roaring back. Even though Im on a low dose of test e my sex drive has been lacklustre since I started cutting. But, I wouldn't have thought fats matter for sex drive.

Could all just be a coincidence, does anyone have any experience with this?
 
Fats definitely matter for keeping everything running smoothly but you never really dropped to a low enough amount where I think that would have been the issue. At 35-40g that's enough for the body, have you done bloods for e2 recently?
 
Yeah I did bloods recently and my estrogen was a bit higher than the same time last year when I was on a higher dose of test.

Came back 189pmol/l vs 150pmol/l on 150mg test e vs 175mg test e last year.

How's your deficit for the cut I know for me this cut just sucks ass but I go hard, currently in bed awake again at 4am sleep is jacked things can go sideways. Maybe keep the same fats and adjust the calories and see If the trend continues. I may have to try this as I'm losing my mind on my sleep right now but looking my fats have been super low. In the end it's just calories in calories out no matter what diet ppl parrot or prefer. Keep fats higher adjust the calories for them and give it a whirl.

Deficit is probably 500 cals per day, some days less some more depending on how active I am. Cuts have always been miserable in the past where I tried to be too extreme.

How long have you been on? It's probably just coincendence and you're test is starting to really kick in. 4 weeks on test e and all cylinders are firing pretty much from there on out.

Shoot for 60-70 with E.
You'll feel much better slightly elevated.
 
I think we should only eat unsaturated fats...

and i dont think egg yolk should be considered a simple saturated one... anyway, endogenous cholesterol , which is precursor of a lot of hormones, can be made from acetyl coA from some lipids carbs and pro... so dont need saturated fats to make it
