The only thing I even know about synthol is I believe it’s some type of mineral oil (possibly?) that causes inflammation in the muscle bellies when used properly. I’ve never read up on it. But I don’t know that I’d ever have a reason to use it. I just do this shit because I enjoy it!

It’s just a mixture of 10mg cialis, sushi, and salt, and citrulline. The 4 S’s of arm pump day.

I only pin glutes, quads, and delts. I may look to other areas like chest and traps now that there’s more there to pin these days.

Your arms look normal and natural, not sure why someone would see them and think "synthol".... But, keep up the good work!

No no! Work has been crazy the last couple weeks but things are still going well. Weight has been pretty stagnant and I’m still pretty damn lean for being mid-bulk. I added more calories this week. I’m at the point I have to add in extra bowls of ice cream and cake to get extra calories in. I even took out all cardio. It’s a great problem to have, but I’d like add on some more quality mass over the next couple months before I lean back down over summer. DHB is the only new anabolic for me and I think this shit is really having amazing tren like effects with less sides. Most vascular I’ve ever been, muscles full all the time, the leanest I’ve ever been at 4,000 consistent daily calories. I got fat as hell last year eating this many calories.

I weighed in at a measly 218lbs this morning. I pulled 455lbs for 8 reps, squatting 365 for 8 reps, and benching 225lbs for 6 reps (chest is weak).

Gyms have shut down so I’m hoping the little gym at our townhomes is open. It’s time to turn it up a notch!

Yeah not sure what to do myself. Currently 6 weeks into my cycle with no gym to go to. Heard some CrossFit gyms are still open :eek:. Seriously considering it just to stay in the game. It’s that or to come off. :(

I know, I’d hate to come off since everything’s running smoothly. But it’s obviously a waste if there’s nowhere to workout.

Just give your body a break bros.It will heal some injuries and will recorver nicely from all the hard work in the gym.Also maintaing muscle and strengt is actually verry easy just few sets of dips,pullups,push ups 2-3 times pwk and you will be fine.Regaining the lost sthrengh and size will be easy and fast too.Just chill and make some cardio so you wont get fat :)
