About 7 to 8 cycles in the past, but always got hurt, so I would stop using and working out altogether


Hey guys, new to this forum, but have been on other forums in the past. About to compete in my first bodybuilding show June 20th and have a lot of work to go!!! Been working out on and off for about 7 years now. I tend to try to lift heavy weight all the time and always hurt my tendons and have to stop working out, so I am taking a different approach this time and switching up everything.
I have been back in the gym for about 11 weeks now and getting back slowly, but surely. I actually have the owner of my gym training me and giving me my diet plans for the competition, which he has been doing for over 40 years, as well as competing for over 35 years. I'm trying to shred this body fat, which I have always had a hard time doing with my own diet.
My avatar is me like 4 weeks ago. Everything is getting better each week and my main focus is getting rid of the body fat and learning how to pose, which is not easy!!!!!
Any tips or advice will always help. Also let me know what you think of my progress so far being back at it.(avatar)

Tren e- 800 week 1-20
EQ- 800 week 1-16
Anavar- 60ed 8-20
Mast e-800 week 8 -20
Proviron- 14-20
3 weeks 50ed
2 weeks 75ed
1 week 100ed
Halo- 18-20
2 weeks 20ed
1 week 30ed to 40ed
I have aromasin on hand, but that's the reason why I take low-dose test so I don't have any worries with estro.

This is my cycle. I know it is a lot and that's why I am here. To answer some of you guys questions because I'm sure you're going to ask, I've done tren plenty of times and me and Tren love each other. Lol. No harsh sides or anything. The only thing that I listed that I have not ever taken is the proviron and the Halo. Everything I do has always been with minimal to no sides and blood work always looks great and I feel great.

First off good luck with the show. I always think it’s awesome when guys step up and compete.
I do have to say at 5’8 160 you absolutely do not need that much gear. If diet and training are on point then there’s no reason you couldn’t insane results on 400-500 test, 300-400 mast and 50mg var. You’re taking like 3grams of stuff. Where do you go from here? My bother competed and won classic last year at 158 on 250mg test and 50 mg var and 2iu gh.
I know open class guys who aren’t taking as much as you are.
What’s your diet and routine looking like? Are you working with a coach
 
Yes, as explained in my post, which was kind of long. LOL. I am training with a coach that owns my gym. He has been doing it for about 40 years now and competing for about 35 years on and off. He changes up my diet every two weeks. I can post some pictures of some screenshots to give you some examples of what I eat every two weeks.

Ask for too much gear, that's why I'm here as well. I know it's a lot. I have always been one of those people that like to overdo everything. And that's probably why I'm doing it. I can always drop the proviron and the Halo, but I'm definitely going to stick with everything else. Maybe lower the dosage of everything with the exception of the test? I don't want to do a lot of test.
 
First 2 weeks:
#1
6 egg whites
1 yolk
Small avacato

#2
8 ounces of low cottage cheese
8 ounces of unsweetened pineapple

Protein shake
20 almonds
2 rice cakes

#4
1 snack bag of veggies (raw)

#5
8 ounces of chicken or fish
Large salad or steamed veggies

2 servings of Jello
1tbsp fat free cool whip

Next 2 weeks:
Meal #1

6 egg whites

One grapefruit


Meal #2

8 ounces of chicken or fish

Half a cup of veggies


Meal #3

8 ounces of chicken or fish

Salad

One TBSP of olive oil


Meal #4

8 ounces of chicken or fish

Half a cup of veggies


Meal #5

6 egg whites

Salad

One Tbsp of olive oil

Next 2 weeks::
Meal #1

8 egg whites

1 yolk

2 servings of oatmeal


Meal #2

10 ounces of fish or chicken

1 cup of rice

I cup of veggies

Meal #3
10 ounces of lean read meat

Large salad

Medium sweet potato


You may add to the protein if you feel like it.

Next 2 weeks:

800 Tren e is fucking... Wow....
Hats off to you if you can handle it. 400 is edgy for me. Good luck with the show. You know what do. Eat right, lift, and stick with it.


Yeah I've always been able to handle 750 to 800 of weekly of tren for about 16 weeks at a time. Lol. I'm lucky, I guess. I do get mad a hell of a lot faster though. Haha
 
I do train really hard. We have been doing the same body parts together since I started back in January. We are switching it up this week. I told him I want to start hitting each body part 2 times a week now.

He trains me really fucking hard. Especially on legs, which is what always gets me. Upper body I could do all day long if needed. Lol.

Right now::
Chest, bis
Back, hams, calves
Day off/posing
Shoulders, Tris
Quads, calves, sometimes more hams

The one thing about him which is better than when I used to do my own routines, I would always train really hard, but I would do the same workouts mostly. He has me doing all different types of workouts for each body part and some of them I hate and some of them I love lol.

That's awesome. I can handle the insomnia and heartburn for the most part. I just get really annoyed and pissed off over 400.
 
Yeah I can say I do also. The first time I did it, I was out of control. Fighting if somebody looked at me wrong or chasing people down the road when they look at me wrong in their car. Haha. But I learned how to control it 98% better over the years. Lol.

That's a massive cycle. You would be straight with half that. It's not the drugs it's the combination of consistent and directed training, dieting and sleeping. I think you should honestly stick with test and maybe Deca and just work on your body a few more years. I'm sure you want it bad, but you can't build Rome over night. You've gotten bloods. How about getting cardiovascular workup?
Doing cycles like this you may really want to check. There's so much more than bloods and an EKG to detect and track heart issues, specifically blockage or cardiac remodeling. With or without insurance I'd visit a cardiologist. If you listen to nothing else, I just strongly advise against 800MG tren for 20 weeks.
Especially in conjunction with everything else, it's just a lot.

your first show is 2.7g of injectables, 800 of tren (for 20 weeks!) and includes halo??

I’m the guy that preaches following your coach without question or finding an new one, no half assing or questioning in the middle, but FUCK man.

Thats a cycle for an experienced competitor, not a first timer OR for someone who’s gonna weigh less than 150 on stage..

I strongly advise you discuss this with your coach because the only place to go is up and you’re already sky high...

to ADD to that, your coach has laid out weeks in advance?? As in nutrition/cals not based on seeing what you look like and how you respond??

Well my diet and training is on par better than ever now. I'm growing so fast without the steroids so far. I just don't want to fuck up and not get as much as possible before the show in 4 months. I do understand what all of you are saying. 100%. And I'm going to take it all into consideration and that's why I am here. I have done deca before and it made me strong as fuck, bloated me the hell up, but my diet was complete shit then. That's where most of the bloat came into play, I'm sure.
Reason why I wanted to add the mast ,proviron and Halo is how it dries you out before show. What you guys think of lowering doses on everything but still some of those compounds towards the end of the cycle before the comp?
 
No those diet plans have been 2 weeks at a time. I just posted them at once to show you what he has been doing for me diet wise the last 8 weeks. He didn't give them to me at once.
 
He takes my measurements every 5 weeks and we are starting posing every Wednesday. As well as me starting to practice at home every night.

Ok, for starters I commend you for posting photos and prepping.

But I'm gonna be real here....if he is the one that designed that stack he is smoking rocks. THERE IS NO FUCKING WAY you need even half of all that shit. Tren at 800mg a week for 20 wks, are you kidding me?

Posing need a lot of work. Slam that leg into your other leg to get that ham out more, get that foot in the middle of your other foot and take out the 6" gap between them. Sit in your side chest pose.

If he is helping you pose he is seriously missing key parts of the poses that can make you or break you.

Good luck dude, hopefully you make it to the show before you have a damn heart attack. No offense, but you're 166 lbs and hot and cold with training, why in God's name would you need to run all that shit for a local show?
 
I agree completely with what the other guys are saying. I'd just like to comment on your statement, " I just don't want to fuck up and not get as much as possible before the show in 4 months." Why do you need to go insane to prep for this show specifically four months out? You're 36, you're starting late already so what's the rush? Now you just Wanna slam the drugs. It doesn't make any sense. You're basically going to subject your body to some really harsh cycling in order to accomplish what? I'll be real and say the hard thing. Your waist is wide as fuck, your musculature is largely undeveloped and no amount of drugs is going to fix your genetics. I'm never going to win athelticon. Im young but I know damn well I may never even see a pro card. But with that in mind, why the fuck are you gonna kill yourself to just place at a national qualifer? Bro, you might not have anything else to live for right now. Shit, sometimes it's like that. But you may very well in the future have a lot to live for, And you don't want to mortgage several years of your life going insane with doses and fucking up all your internal organs. You need to reevaluate this whole thing. I gave it to you straight dude. Don't let it hurt your feelings and keep your head high. I'm telling you there is more to life than this, and if you don't already know that now you're sure as hell gonna figure that out later. I don't know your life, but the signs just tell me you don't appreciate it enough right now. You may not be happy, and want to pour everything in to this. Keep pursuing what you love, but don't kill yourself over this. There's other things in life to find sustainable happiness.
 
I appreciate your honesty bro. That's why I am here. Nothing you said makes me upset or hurts my feelings cause I need shit like this to help me. Once again, that's why I am here or I wouldn't have posted. I know this forum tells it how it is.
I'm going to reevaluate everything I am doing. The cycle, fucking up my organs and trying to rush into getting on stage and the whole picture.
I did lose 3 1/2 inches on my waist in 5 weeks, but only dropped 1lb Of body weight in that time frame. This was before starting anything. I have the potential to be the best I CAN BE without the steroids if I push myself. I just have to stick with it and with the new workout regimen I'm doing, I'm not getting hurt at all either. That was my whole entire issue over the years of working out. It out me out of commission for months each time so my tendons could heal.
Speaking about my life, I do have two daughters and a fiance, I own an electrical business and have a lot of good going for me. I definitely don't want to shorten my lifespan because of stupid decisions.
