Blast Off MFers. Tomorrow starts my cycle, here’s what it’ll be to begin:

TPP: 150mg EOD (525mg/wk)
NPP: 150mg EOD (525mg/wk)
DHB: 100mg ED (700mg/wk)
Aromasin: 25mg ED (will run bloods soon and pay attention to sides for crashed E2, but this is typical dosage for me)
Nolvadex: 20mg ED (for gyno, also typical for me)
Cialis: 5mg pre-wo

I’ll be using orals at the end and insulin a couple times throughout. I’ll make sure I keep y’all updated on these.

Workout Routine for the next couple months I’ll be hitting every body part 3 times every 2 weeks and will switch to twice every week once calories and recovery allows for it. Example:

Day 1: Chest, Cardio
Day 2: Back, Calves, Abs
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Arms, Shoulder Rehab, Cardio
Day 5: Legs, Calves, Abs
Day 6: Chest, Cardio
Day 7: Rest
Day 8: Back, Calves, Abs
Day 9: Arms, Shoulder Rehab, Cardio
Day 10: Rest:
Day 11: Legs, Calves, Abs
Day 12: Chest, Cardio
Day 13: Back, Calves, Abs
Day 14: Rest
Etc, etc, etc.

As you can see, I’m rehabbing my shoulder as I had a loud pop during overhead press last week. Just doing a couple exercises with light weights and high reps to help heal the connective tissue. Isn’t too serious, but there’s some instability. I’ll be removing a day of cardio per week if necessary.

Jealous. How long are you thinking of blasting for? Believe it was talked about before but 25mg Aromasin Ed is a lot

Probably around 16 weeks, but it’ll all depend on bloodwork. It is a lot. I’m hoping I don’t end up needing that much. I’ll probably start EOD and see if I notice any gyno flare ups and get blood tests done in about a month.
 
I aromatize a lot. But holy crap man thats a lot of AI medication to run a cycle. That cant be good for you.

What if you waited or only used it as needed. Instead of starting right away with it.

Ya I started my blast yesterday but I won’t be taking it every day as of right now. I have to take an AI even on my 150mg cruise. I haven’t taken any in a few days so I’ll be taking it tonight. I’m just going to make sure the gyno doesn’t flare up and see where 25mg E3D puts me in about a month.

Idk why, but I’ve always had that pudge there. I’ve never been able to get rid of it. Also had a partial hernia that never got fixed, but it’s more of just subcutaneous tissue there and not hard, swollen tissue.

because the part of your bicep on the side facing camer close to your armpit, looks puffy. At the head of the biceps, which is where people pin syntholz. Do you pin biceps?

Keep up the good work though. Me and you started our cycles almost same day.

The only thing I even know about synthol is I believe it’s some type of mineral oil (possibly?) that causes inflammation in the muscle bellies when used properly. I’ve never read up on it. But I don’t know that I’d ever have a reason to use it. I just do this shit because I enjoy it!

It’s just a mixture of 10mg cialis, sushi, and salt, and citrulline. The 4 S’s of arm pump day.

I only pin glutes, quads, and delts. I may look to other areas like chest and traps now that there’s more there to pin these days.

I appreciate it man, I hope this go-round goes better for you.

Tomorrow is a rest day so I’ll recap my first week on cycle. I’m feeling great. Strength is slowly increasing after my cut and maintenance phase that preceded my cycle. Joints are feeling great minus my minor shoulder setback, but even it’s getting better. Trying to slowly work it back carefully and not get overly-fearful about it. Sex drive is up which is always fun. I lasted longer with the wife last night which I enjoy as long as it’s not making it hard to cum.

My goal is to not put on TOO much fat, but to make sure I’m steadily increasing lbm and weight. 1-2lb average increase per week and I’ll be happy. I’m doing better than I’d hoped at this so far. Calories will increase as weight stalls and we will have some fun when insulin is first used in a few weeks.

I want to come in the leanest I’ve ever been at the end of summer so this is all preparing for that while adding size. But for now, I’ll keep focusing on getting big and having fun!!

I went to pin in my right quad today, also the first site I pinned DHB this past Monday. I noticed it was pretty swollen. There’s slight pip still, barely any though. No redness, no warmth. Other sites, PIP has only last a couple days and it’s no worse than tren ace. I’ve had worse when I was ignorant and pinned 500mg/mL Test in my Glute and had a VERY painful half football sticking off my ass for 2 weeks. Couldn’t even sit. I’ll keep an eye on it and keep y’all updated, but I’m not overly concerned as long as it is subsiding.

I’m open to all opinions and ideas. I hope this thread can create some good conversation and learning through each others experiences.
 
You started bulking before the bulk cycle? You're already higher bodyfat than I have ever been since I started this journey. I would of cut down some on your first pics here where you were likely 12-15% bodyfat and not 8-9%. I can never bring myself to go above 9. You have Cialis on hand I see, you're probably a guy concerned enough with women to have it. Than why get overfat? You'll be happier and more aesthetic leaner, and do better with women. Or if you have a girlfriend/wife I'm sure she will be happier. I'd cut right now. We all want to be huge, but I really believe in quality mass over sheer mass. You're definitely around 15% bodyfat right now.
