Tbol vs. Anavar for endurance training.

Cba to dig up german medical studies older than I am. Anavar is the only semi-toxic 17a-alkylated AAS, and that's due to the C2 Carbon being replaced with an oxygen. This allows for partial kidney metabolism. There would be no pharmacological reason for it to have any lesser degree of toxicity than the others. Just my $.02

I'll take a peak when I have some time
Var is zero liver issues for me.
Crashes my cholesterol
But 0 liver Impact
I only have minor with Tbol
Barely noticable at 80mg ed

Partial kidney metabolism? I've read that Var is more than 90% metabolized by the kidneys. This has been the reason why I've never ran high doses of var. The live can regenerate. However if you damage your kidneys there isn't a damn thing you can do to fix it.

I kickstarted my current EQ cycle with Tbol and it was great for vascularity and strength. Only sides were heartburn and lethargy week 5-6. Now five week left I’m finishing with Var and winny. I am already having bad back tightness but no pumps yet week 2. I just donated blood for the second time on this blast. Been running the EQ @ 900mg, hematocrit was 46 and not surprising my blood oxygen levels were 100%. I think a low dose of tbol 50mg and EQ would be great addition to endurance training.

@BJJisLIFE did you ever decide which route to take? For what it’s worth my cycle at the end of 2019 included Test, NPP, Var and EQ and I increased my weight about 35 lbs (185 to 220) while still maintaining my endurance. Endurance meaning 1 interval day, 1 45-60 min tempo run, & 1 8-10 mile run. It did not increase but the goal was to put on muscle while keeping the endurance I had. My blood work showed increased hematocrit and RBC which really helped my body get oxygen to the muscles for the run training (same concept as EPO).

Personally, if it were me, I'd use winny over the other 2. Has been used successfully by athletes for athletic performance for years. Anyone remember Ben Johnson?

Endurance exercise is VERY different than sprinting. No AAS is really going to help endurance performance outside of a high normal TRT dose of test, maybe some HGH, and lots of training. It’s mostly about helping your body recover so you can train again. Try capping your heart rate around 180- age (take 5 off if you’re totally untrained, add 5 if you’ve been training endurance for like a year+, otherwise leave it). Now go jog keeping your heart rate under that limit.

You’ll probably have to actually fast walk for a while. If you keep it up next year you’ll probably be jogging 7min miles. If you are predisposed you can keep this up all the way to 5min miles. Then you’re an aerobic beast.

True endurance ability is built over years not weeks or months.

This is a good point worth emphasizing. I would even argue that "performance-enhancing drugs" is a misnomer when discussing substance use for most sports. Most of what are called PEDs are primarily recovery drugs. Of course, calling them recovery drugs removes the stigma. After all, facilitating recovery is a good thing, right?

Definitely coining this when ever explaining things in the future. PRD
