I received two vials with the tops looking like this:

Anyone ever gotten this before or know what's going on? It's winstrol oil base. Pharmacom is my #1 recommended UGL and have only had great success in the past with service and quality.

Wow, fuck that. Did they come with tops that you popped off and then noticed that or were they shipped just like that? Trying to figure out if someone stabbed it or if it maybe dissolved?

They came with plastic red tops that you rip off. I took off the tops and that's how they look. They came in the usual little boxes with the little AAS description slip. Ordered from the official US basicstero website. This has never happened before.

Oil was leaking out too, as you can see the hole is pretty big. I did some research and it looks like something to do with over crimping the top and/or the solvent. Never had anything like this happen with pharmacom before.

No, not my first time seeing this phenomena.
Actually, while it is rare, because I hear from thousands of customers spanning across all the different boards and online communities, I have seen it a few times (including some of my own personal items over the years).

It is simply when oil was hot from manufacturing process, air in the vial is expanded, and then the vile is sealed; when the air cools its pressure drops causing a vacuum which on rare occasion pulls strong enough to distort the septum inward (suck it down) and create a divot.

The inward pulled septum does not effect the product nor sterility at all -- if still sealed, it is no different and totally safe to use.
I have personally used mine like this without issue (other than a little annoying to try to wipe with alcohol before drawing; i simply wipe with alcohol soaked cotton ball and press it down against divot hard enough so I can contact all the surface while I rotate the vial -- then, divot has alcohol in it which takes longer to dry -- that is the annoying part).
Other customers have used theirs too without issue.

Just like with a normal flat septum, you have to make sure you get it wiped and have alcohol in the divot to sterilize outside surface each time and let completely dry (the annoying part because of the divot) before each draw.

However, none of the other customers nor myself have ever experience any oil leaking.
If you see evidence that the seal is compromised, I would not use it.
IF this is the case, please contact customer service via the "contact us" form on the basicstero site and explain what you have including an details of a leak.

I do not have the authority or ability to address the issues beyond that advice (I have no access to orders/account or ability to ship anything) so please contact the company and take things from there. Just wondering as a package has been on the road a few days longer than postal packages usually do.
Are there any seizures within continental EU? If a package is lost/seized there will Pharmacom replace it?
I remember an issue where their rep claimed a lost package is a postal issue and they can t be held responsible for it. Not sure we receive any document if it s seized.
Also any feedback on the time needed to receive packs from W1 in Southern Europe? (i ve received some from nearby locations in no more than 4 days)

Thanks, I read the same about France, although it might not be for every seizure, in Spain now, trying to see how it works.
Pharmacom advertises 100% success rate from W1, and doesn´t even offer the discreete packaging option for W1 (shipping to another EU country) which hints they feel very confident not needing stealth shipping. Do they still happen to get parcels seized in that case ?
