Whats you’re training frequency/split? Do you train more heavy weight & lower volume... or moderate weight and higher volume?

Mhhh... I prefer HEAVY DUTY or similar... so BIG WEIGHTS, high intensity, multiarticolar excercises, low volume. In my humble opinion of course.

No anger. I’m not even “on” at the moment, and I don’t really get “angry” when I am. Its really just a matter of keeping those that have no business offering advice, quiet. If you go back through his posts, you’ll see him giving all kinds of unsolicited (and ignorant) advice, acting like he is coming from a place of knowledge. That can be very dangerous to new guys. I’d put money on it he has never competed, and here he is offering comp advice (not a big deal like giving gear opinions or anything, but is annoying all the same).
