Dropped the Dbol and traded it for var. I was getting pretty bloated on that shit and was using too much arimidex to keep things in control. I dont really want to be cutting weight for this meet. 30 mg var per day

Anadrol may be a good choice if Dbol gives you too much bloat. Just a thought
 
A bombs are the shit. Halo at end up to and on meet day is nice too. Some can’t tolerate it. It will make u aggressive as fuck, I love it mix it with Tren and enjoy the ride. Just watch your liver. I drink lots of water and no Tylenol, alcohol, or anything else That stresses the liver while on Halo. It’s risky to run A bombs Tren and Halo on same cycle, but it can be done.
BTW that’s a really nice DE upper day bro.

Normally dont use straps but was feeling strong in my back today so I decided to push it. Felt good to lock my knees and pull weight I normally work with on regular deadlifts.

I think the Elite bar is the only with any knurling where bar rests on shoulders.

I have an EliteFTS SSB and a Texas Deadlift Bar. I was gonna get a swiss bar next for bench. Then another squat bar of some kind next.

Stopped taking Var a couple days ago,Started Anadrol at 30mg a day today.
 
I think it was Garrett Blevins that suggested doing slightly different lifts week to week so you're pretty much always setting PRs. Like for the mental aspect and to get momentum going. Like close grip 5RM one week and paused 3RM the next and 2RM with chains the next and so on and so on. Probably not too far off from the Westside philosophy really with max effort days and changing lifts up regularly.

Do you follow Calloused Hands Powerlifting on Instagram? He just did a video recently with the sled face pulls and the paused face pulls. I tried the paused ones out today.

I definitely like the variety. Keeps me fresh mentally and also prevents me from stalling on the main lifts. I think if the variants are chosen to strengthen weakness and the comp lifts are rotated often enough its a great approach.

No I'll have to check him out. I dont really do facepulls often but I think it can be helpful for upper back and posterior delts, which come into play in all three lifts. I really havent been training back well enough (like ohiopower said) outside of work when I have to shoulder carry heavy shit.

You and me both. I'm telling you Anavar is where it's at. Get crazy strength gains and no sides besides maybe some occasional back and shoulder pumps.
Ive tried var and get some symptoms similar to anadrol sides but about half as bad. Its fine for a couple weeks and I just start feeling worn down and nauseous and headaches. Not sure what the hell because it's supposed to be the most tame oral.

Have you tried Superdrol at a low dose like 10mg a day? Or might be time to get some halo and just use as needed.
