Bulking meals

Anyone wanna post up some of their meals/recipes when Bulking.
Imy probably gonna start buying this winter and would like some variety lol.
I've been outta the gym for 5 years and basicallyears have to restart.
I'm currently at my lowest weight ever :(
 
If you’re trying to really bulk variety is sorta the enemy. But I get it. My variety is usually in the form of sauces. No better bulking food than beef and rice IMO. that and Ben and Jerry’s.

Ughh I know that all to we'll.
But it gets old as fuck eating the same thing over and over.
Especially for me cause I have to eat a fuck ton of calories to put on weight it's absurd.
Fuck and I'm short.

Go to sauce -

1C Soy
1/4C Honey
2Tbs Chili Paste

Simple and good with any type of meat / veggies.

Throw in coconut milk and it's a simple curried style dish. Add 1/4 of Worcestershire sauce and 2C Stock and make a badass stew.

Most importantly it's cheap.
 
I've been eating 3.5lbs of sirloin a day and 10+ cups of rice with various veggies and fruit. 5200+ calories a day at this pt Started at 4100 tdee and ramped up over 5 wks. Its Stan Efferdings vertical diet. You just raise/lower the steak/rice depending on goals. You can use chicken too because of your heartburn. I'm not even measuring the shit anymore because I'm always hungry so it's probably a little more. 5 wks from234.5lbs to 252lbs but I think that is the superdrol mostly. Tearing through my workouts though and staying pretty lean. Avatar is yesterday.

About the same here, 16lbs of steak, 6lbs of yams, 3 lbs if broccoli a week. Throw in carb and protein powders, some PB, some milks, a little butter and olive oil. Maybe even some ice cream
 
If you really want to bulk, and have that hard of a time gaining weight, I would suggest you start liking pizza. I had your problem when I was younger, took me a long time to get over 200lb. Im 5’8 220 currently, but im far from ripped lol. Pizza with some extra cheese and ground beef is a lot of calories and protein. Again, I only recommend this for someone who has a hard time gaining weight, with that protein and calories is also a lot of fat, but I guarantee you will gain.
 
Just to clarify i am talking about real NY style restaurant pizza, made from scratch with real fresh ingredients, not chain restaurants like dominos/ pizza slut/ papa Johns, and definitely not frozen garbage. I don’t care what anyone says, their is a big difference IMO.
 
I’m currently trying help a kid try and bulk and he simply doesn’t understand the sheer quantities he needs to be eating.
