What kinda results would these macros bring on a bulk

5920 calories
398 protein
670 carbs
188 fat
This could easily become 7k calories and 920 carbs

I know this is highly dependent on individual and compounds but just curious about the enormous carb calorie protein intake

But I just figured out how to make this super easy for me so considering it

How effective this will turn out will depend on what you are currently consuming in calories and macros, and how you decide to shift into this diet.

If you're eating half of this and shift into this overnight, no question, you will look and feel like shit. If you're not too far off from this and are maintaining and you shift into this slowly, then it could be productive.

I'm currently at 650carbs, 400prot, 150fat... around 5500cals roughly and its working like a charm. Very minimal increase in fat(if any) and have put on a good amount of mass over 3 months. That's just me tho, very hard for me to gain fat and very active due to my job also.

What is your cycle just curious

The key isn’t the total but how you implement. Add 250-400 cals every time you see a pause in the mirror or in the scale and you’ll be good.
Iv heard you say this many times, even dont wait for the scale to stop, just add 250+ every 2 weeks(esp on a blast). I did this and the results were some of the best iv had as far as implementing calories.
It's so individual tho, these guys that say "I cant grow on 4500cals" need MORE FOOOOOD! haha hell I cut 20lbs in 2 months on 4500cals while ago. Just goes to show how everyone is very different. . Get all these magical cookie cutter numbers out of your head and put in the time to find out what YOU respond well to. The difference is night and day. Not saying this to you personally 350... just a general statement.

I know that I can basically add cals at that rate without getting fat. Some people mah need to go slower. Some faster. But the key is CHANGE. The body wants constant input and output.

Exactly, makes perfect sense when we are wanting/expecting big changes on our cycles or just in general. Thanks for your help Mac, always a pleasure.

@Mac11wildcat wouldn’t you say it’s also dependent on how much LBM an individual has too?? Being that more muscle = more kcals burned/higher metabolism.
I know that SHOULD go without saying but I don’t assume anything on here anymore

In general, yea. But it’s more dependent on your current set point. For instance, my offseason worked up to 6500+ cals. But when I finish prep I’ll be down around 2800-3000 BUT arguably UP a couple lbs in muscle by that time. My caloric need changed drastically because my body adapted to the input, but my lbm went up.

So in reality lbm is an indicator of what your needs for protein and fats probably are as a base, and then adding cals can be done almost all with carbs as trace protein will add up as the extra cals do. Make sense?

I dont even know if i can eat that many calories in a day... thats alot of food. Gj 350
I am sure you could. It may not be clean, when eating out, which I don’t do all that often for a couple reasons, money being one of them, cleanliness being another. You would be surprised the amount of calories that these restaurants can pack into some of these meals. I never eat fast food but if you do once in a while, next time you go inside, check their nutrition board and add up the amount of calories for all the food you ordered. Very easy to put down 2k in one meal. And that’s not just with fast food, even a lot of restaurants .

I have been trying to eat clean so i understand the fast food thing... i tried recently to eat fast food and since i have been eating clean for so long it doesnt agree with me like it used to...... but im good with like 3500 cals, 100g carbs, 250g protein and 80g fat. It seems to work pretty good for me for bulking, its just leaning out is the hard part for me.
