Well back from Walmart and Kroger.
Now to get them 6 pounds of potatoes baked. So do I chop up the tators and then just use a bbq brush to brush on the olive oil. And lightly brush the pan too? Then bake for an hr?
I’m not no baker lol.
Maybe I should google this first.
Picked up some ground turkey 85/15 for 2.99 a pound too.
30 meal prep containers.

I use MyFitnessPal also. I don’t use it daily though. When making changes to my plan I enter into MyFitnessPal so I can manipulate macros and calories to where I need, then print a report which comes out nicely meals by meal. Just found the report feature which is easier than retyping it all into word for a printable document. I stick the printed plan up on the fridge and that’s what I eat to everyday.

Ya, I guess it’s a little old school compared to what is probably available now; but I don’t need it for anything other than planning and all my go to’s are in there. I pretty much eat the same thing everyday but for dinner and my cheat meals.

It’s a good tool for sure.

I wish I knew how to make those. Can I put syrup and butter in them? Or is that defeating the purpose? :D

On leg day, YES! :D

Lol. I can eat the dozen. Have eat’n the dozen. Light on or cool?

Come on guy. We gonna make this a week long thing? Lets let it rest. Forums are crazy.. people thrive for drama and to perpetuate cycles. Maybe you are jsut reading this for the first time today, so In that case... I apologize for singling you out... But man this has been going on for longer than it should.. am I wrong about that guys? If so , I'll rightfully fuck off. I don't know Ben. But Ben made a point.. I thought it was a little much but I understand the guys personal preference and his right to speak his mind, which I won't knock him for. I just don't think it has to go on longer than it has
Obviously from my post this was the first I saw of it. Also only saw the replys after the fact was looking for what actually happened. This thread moves way to fast for me to keep up with everything

I just cleaned my WMart out on the same prep containers. Lol.

Peel your potatoes, cut in half lengthwise, brush with oil, and sprinkle with paprika. Then toss them Bitches in the oven until they're kinda golden at 375.

They're crunchy outside, soft inside, and amazeballs. Coming from a dude that doesn't like regular potatoes mind you.

My sweet potato prep is so easy even a knuckledragger like me can do it. Put 4-6 of them bastards in the oven as it's warming up to 425. Make sure you take a fork and poke some holes in the skin so it can release. Put some aluminum foil on the rack below because they splooge sugars out as they cook

Once the oven hits 425, let them bake for 60-90 minutes. Then kill the oven and let it cool down on its own with potatoes in there still. After they're cool enough to handle, remove potatoes and the skin literally falls off.

Ready to go for 4-5 days.
