@size26s Tried prim0 at "TRT" dosage 200mg/week for one month. My natural TotalTest went down from 550 to 42! Started losing my motivation and had a bad mood. Some people just add hcg to keep test going. I stopped this aproach.From my experience and from my personal point of view i will never do it again. Test for base, thats for sure. I havent tried HCG along with other compounds for test production instead of test, except for maintenance "ball" reasons through cycles. Now i am using 250mg test enanthate per week along with 400mg primo and everything is great, i will up the dose to 600mg. At least use 100-150mg test trt dose per week.

I am curious, and need to apologize, I am still very behind the times, lol, funny a 38yr old is saying that right?? When using an app like then one mentioned what kind of information is received once the barcode is scanned. Is it just nutritional content ??? Curious if it provides an itemized list of ingredients too. Thanks


The nutritional information scans in (the label). Put in your servings and there you go. I actually still use MyFitnessPal since it’s database is so large and all my meals are already in it.

Tracking is so easy these days. It just takes the discipline to prep and actually hit your target macros.
 
What made you contemplate running primo only. Not talking shit, just wondering

And I stocked up on primo I’ve never run it high before but read good things so for my cruise I wanted to try primo but wasn’t sure if I needed test with it. I ran a mix of primo of like a primo trt awhile back it’s was 150 test 150 primo. So I wasn’t sure if I still need add a test with it.

And no worries man about talking shit. That’s not my style I don’t take like that as an attack at all. I’ve learned so much on here and most people I’ve spoken with have been great. I don’t get into the crazy talking shit battles. Not worth the time and too much Type using my phone lol

Basically every steroid out shuts down natural test production, so you will need a test base to run with it.

You want to grow. What’s muscle? Protein. What do you need? Protein.

1. Set protein - to grow, I go 2x or more the weight I WANT to be. For you on a budget, let’s say 300g. Cheap sources - eggs - 1.99/dozen, chicken breast (1.99-2.99/lb), drained ground beef - $4/lb, tilapia - 3.99/lb

2. Set fats - your body needs them for proper function. For you, let’s say 60-75g (more is ok). Sources - from meat/eggs, peanut or nut butter, avocado, etc

3. Fill in the rest of your current caloric intake with carbs and then ADD MORE EVERY TWO WEEKS OR SO

Mainly just macros. I scanned a can of black beans. Here is the info it gave me. You can change the quantity and how you are weighing it.

Right on. Totally makes sense I have buddies that have ran primo only cycles but the mg from what I remember was really high. Like really really high. When it came down to it don’t remember any of them saying the juice was worth the squeeze. You mentioned going back to using 250mg of test/wk with it. Any reason you wouldn’t just run a trt dose and primo, since you were considering coming off test all together?

That’s rad you use Kroger, after my dads baseball career, he became a private food broker, and worked neck and neck with most of the big distributors in the nation to brings grocery stores there own brand/private label. Kroger happen to be the first of all the private labels he help get started.
All of there food with the exceptions of certain items such as soda, anything with a patent on the formulation, is all made by a name brand. For example : Kroger’s cheese is all maufactured by kraft. Kroger’s cereal is General Mills. So I grew up only ever having private label stuff in the house. Never understanding until I was older for the most part with very few exceptions it’s the same exact shit, that it sits on the shelf directly next to. But because there kraft or General Mills is not paying advertising and marketing costs for there store brand product, even though it’s less expensive lots of the time they make far more money off their private label products.

It has come to my attention how little respect some members have for MESO in this thread previously.

I banned an individual for disrupting and trolling and generally "shitting" in the forum. He came back under another name and several members here were happy to protect him and allow him to continue to shit on the forum.

They never came to me to tell me what he was doing. However, they did go to their beloved source when he started shitting on the source.

That's the only reason it came to my attention.

They could care less about the damage he did to MESO. But god forbid he damage the reputation of their dealer.

Oh no I’m not coming off test lol. I just thought I could use it instead of test e. I’m 38 and been on gear the last 5 years I’m terrified to come all the way. I tried once I was a wreck never again

Test is the foundation for every cycle. Some (like Master.on) believe you can use HCG to keep your body from shutting down the natural test production while you run other compounds. Either way, your natural test production ceases when you start AAS and requires an outside source to produce it.

Wait, so there should not be a “cheat day” 1 day a week!? just a “cheat meal” 1-2 times a wk? Do you recommend to have them be on the heaviest most active days in the gym? Curious, why should the cheat meal be made to be the last meal of the day???
