I know you’ve been on MESO forever and I recognize your handle from when I first joined and read a lot of your posts. You definitely know your stuff and your an OG good guy here.
I know what you’re trying to do. I tried to do it myself. From my experience, there is a lot of tasteless humor that goes on here. It’s locker room talk. The only way to take it into the appropriate context though would be to read the entire thread. Which at this point really isn’t possible. There’s “character development” just like any novel.
I took offense a couple months ago, made a whole thing about it, killed 3 days of fun here and at the end realized that it’s all a joke.
The thread is crude, abrasive and wrong in so many ways but you just need to ignore some of the stuff because there’s a lot of good well-intentioned material mixed in.
I take Ar1macare Pro from Olympus labs. Has tudca, nac, and other things to help with BP. I only take 4 a day unless I'm on orals. Then I take 8 caps a day.
