I used to baby sit adults as well. Always an adventure. I was an inspector before for a civil engineering firm. Basically the asshole with the clip board. I always used to tell the contractors, "Don't get pissed at me, if you guys could follow simple direction and build it per plan, i wouldn't have a job, so thank you." All in all it was fun, the majority did good work, just had to really watch a few and make sure they didn't cut corners.
Happy now to work in a more stable field, in a temperature controlled environment, by myself.
