She started running 5 MG and had to come off due to an unforeseen family event last time we talked. She couldn’t commit the time to the gym. Now everything’s normally again she’s been going to the gym regularly and started running 10 MG a day yesterday. She didn’t do it long enough to see gains or sides last time so this is basicaly round 1. She’s really excited.
