Well chicken and broccoli is way easier to make in bulk than garlic shrimp with a lemon vinaigrette. :D
Why is that??? I mean your better off with chicken and broccoli anyhow. But if I take shrimp out of the freezer the night before, and let it marinade, if I use a marinade, then I can throw it on the BBQ and most of the time it is a faster process, less cleaning, better tasting. I got burnt out cooking in a pan. Most of the time now if I am cooking something inside If I can do it, in a WOK, then I will. That and a rice cooker, a magic bullet, and a wok were the best investments I have made for use in the kitchen. If I can’t cook it in one of those three things it’s probably not that healthy for me.
 
It’s the quantity. I cook 5lbs of Turkey, 6lbs of steak, and 12lbs if chicken a week. I slice the chicken into 1/2” strips and cook in a stock pot then season it afterwards. Same with the ground turkey stock pot season and break it up. Steaks are also sliced thin and pan cooked. Veggies are bought in bulk and just measured out.

Making more complex meals would just take more time. I could probably get 3-4 portions of stir fry in the wok, then what? I’ve still got to make another batch for the rest of the week. So I’ve just doubled my cooking time plus hands on time mixing and tossing that isn’t required to let a steak sit in the pan.

It really just comes down to time and effort being worth it. I’ve gor plenty of time to dick around at work but not at home.
 
I hinted at this earlier. A lot of pip is most likely due to injection technique. Personally, i don't pause until the end. I keep slow, steady pressure on the plunger, pushing about 1cc every 20-30seconds. I pause when barrel is empty for about 10 seconds i guess. then remove the pin.

I am also willing to bet a lot of guys bounce the needle all over the place during the jab.

Obviously some guys are more prone to pip that others but for most I think you are spot on.

My technique is the same as yours only much quicker. About 20 to 30 seconds total for 3 cc's but slow and steady pressure the entire way.

I use a 23 gauge which a lot of guys consider huge and don't massage before or after on 3 cc injections in delts or glutes and never have any pip or infection issues.

Never had major pip issues but there was some on my first few runs and I'm convinced in my case at least it was due to poor injection technique. As my technique improved the pip went away.

I think a lot of guys are nervous about injecting themselves which leads to some shaking and that can definitely cause some pip.

And yes I will say that a drop occasionally comes out of the delts after injection when injecting that quickly with 3 cc's. If one drop of AAS is the difference between me making gains and not making gains then so be it.

Didn’t think a swollen or inflamed prostate could feel good. Probably too young to have prostate cancer or bph, if anything I’d guess prostatits. Will mention it to the specialist. So far today since midnight I’ve gone 3x about to go for 4. Gonna drink less caffeine to see if that makes a difference.
 
Pulling bloods soon to see how I respond to tits' aromasin. Been doing E3D (pin days) for a few weeks now, but suspect I'll need to go EOD. Initial mid cycle E2 came back at 82, so don't know if that makes me a high aromatizer, but plan on being in the game long enough that figuring this shit out is an easy decision.
