I won't begin to "what if" a situation...but not conducting any illegal activities on a device while also being on a website discussing "alleged" as we like to say activities..wouldn't yield much. But if they already have an interest in you (intercepting data) chances are high a case built to that point would be from another opsec infringement...intercepted goods not allowed in one's country, etc.

I may be confused but there is a defense to a IMSI-catcher; not using LTE data (no sim card/airplane mode) and only using WiFi with VPN/Tor.

I personally wouldn't even be using Android as an OS to communicate with customers to begin with but that's another story for another day. The average person doesn't need to worry about most of this btw, I'm just talking about sources . You can PM me if you would liek
