Am I the only one who reads the label of protein packages and not liking reading ingredients "from international origins?" I am pretty sure if this was well known international dairy country like New Zealand, Irish, Australian, North American etc..they would state that since it would be a selling feature.
Some of us spend so much energy and money in getting good quality meat, poultry and dairy. Why not extend the same reasoning when considering protein powders?
About 25% of my protein powder is from California grass-fed cows. It's expensive but i know its good quality protein. I know some of you will say I am just throwing away money.
How many of you fellas thinking about long term health care about this?
What are your good quality sources of protein powder?
Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
