The real credit should actually go to the BLS for massaging data year after year to produce politically acceptable reports regardless of the dismal reality.

agree also the majority of the jobs being created part time low-paying. been that way since 2008 financial crash. most people who had a full time job that lost it now have two part time jobs which makes it look like a lot of jobs were created. loose one get two part time jobs it’s plus one on the bls stats. people don’t look deep enough into the jobs reports.

The numbers are fake. What difference does it make?

There is a small increase in overall employment, if that's what you mean. But it comes at a very high cost in terms of unsustainable borrowing: government, corporate and personal.

The increase in mostly low paying jobs does explain the somewhat disproportionate increase in black job growth.

Personally I find the BLS data difficult to interpret most of the time. They have a tendency to report the results with all their modifiers already applied, and then go to great effort to hide the raw data of the form they took it in.
