I am trying to cut down a bit as I am a bit heavy( I was 210 last week, has to be the heaviest ever)
Take a look at my diet and let me know if I am making a huge mistake or if I could continue with it. I lost 5 lbs last week while on this diet.

Currently 205
5'10"
Age 31
BF- I can see barely 4 abs

Supplements:
Hgh 4ui a day taken in the morning
Sustanon 250mg EOD
3 caffeine Pills/ 9 Ephedrine Pills Daily



Breakfast Shake:
Egg Whites (1 cup)
Quick Oats (1/3 cup)
Ground Flax Seed ( 1 Spoon)
Peanut Butter (1 Spoon)
Cinamon
Greens Plus (1 Scoop)
Frozen Fruit (1/2 Cup)

Lunch:
Chicken Breast and Quioa
or
Chicken Breast and Veggies
or
Chicken Breast and salad


Work Out- Take 1 scoop of Xtend while I work Out

Get home - Protein Shake


Dinner-
Steak and Veggies (Or vegtable Pasta)
or
Chicken and Veggies


(If I am starving to death I will have an egg white omelette at night)


Right before bed:
3 flax seed oil pills
3 Fish Oil Pills
1 Vitamin D
1 Liver Support
1 Glucosimine
 
9 Ephedrine Pills Daily

As far as your diet... There's no way anyone can comment. We don't know how much you're eating, what kind of a caloric baseline you have nor what kind of deficit this is for you.

All we know is you're likely taking entirely too much Ephedrine and probably way too much testosterone as well.

Ah, ok lol.

You're not really eating many carbs, very little. That's why you lost so much weight so quickly... It was water and glycogen.

I would find your TDEE. Subtract 600 calories. Adjust protein to around 210gr or lower depending on your preference. Add more carbs into the mix first thing in AM and around workout. Adjust fats to round out your macros... I'd make sure you're getting some healthy fats included because you might be lacking them a bit just looking over your outline. I would skip the shake personally but that's just my preference... I like something to eat in AM.

That is what I would do as far as diet.

I would break the GH up into two pins, AM and PM. I would probably lower the test dose. I would do cardio after the morning GH pin and save the shake for a little while later and take the EC with it.

Based on the outlined food intake it looks like 150g protein 50g carbs. <50g fat. With carbs that low might as well go keto. Otherwise I would carb cycle and increase protein. Thats around 1800 calories/day.
