Carditone supplement

Anyone with any feedback on this supplement?

This isnt a lot but should give you an idea. The main ingredient for cardiovascular protection in that supp is terminalia arjuna. It is dosed at 100mg and suggested 1 serving daily.

From what i have read on a few studies it needs to be in the 3-500mg/3× day to get the benefits found in testing.

Heres just one quick one, well part of it showing dosage

Thanks for the feedback. I've been reading about Rauwolfia which seems to be the other ingredient.

Rauwolfia can be nasty if you do t respond well to yohimbe. For me it's sweating accompanied by chills and bad just general discomfort.

I would imagine it's fine if yohimbe doesn't bother you though.

I do horrible with yohimbe byt have zero issues with this

Yeah some people are okay with it from what I've seen but personally, yohimbe in any form fucks me up. Some worse than others. HCL for instance, is pure misery.

I've tried most if not all forms, because it is one of the few supps that's actually effective.

Agreed. I can do like 2.5mg yohimbe after that its worse than death lol

Carditone for me is more effective than any other bp med. It works for most people very well. Also will lower heart rate. Just use when on cycle. Keep yourself healthy and bp in normal range

Thanks for your response. I'm trying, I was diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis and i am in the process of getting that under control. My BP is all over the place and before I jumped on some medicine I was trying to see what I could do before I went that route. I'm hoping when my blood #s get under control so would my BP. We will see, I think I will give it a shot it doesn't look like it can hurt.

Even on a test only cycle my BP went up to 160/80 where my normal is around 120/70. My doc wanted to put me on prescribed BP meds so I will look into the Carditone as I have hardly any issues with the ingredients.

I didn't try it and haven't tried any blood pressure meds for the record. Are you having some issues?

I just got some today. My BP has been elevated lately. As I said before I was diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis in December and have been getting a phlebotomy atleast every week since then. I was hoping my bp would start coming down but it's all over the place. Going to give this a try for a week or 2 and see if it helps. I'l keep you all posted.

Thank you for the response.

I just read that. What was your RBC, Hgb & HCT levels?

Damn your Ferritin was off the charts. I'm glad they are going down for you. I had exact Hgb as you with 19.2 at one time. Scared me a bit.
