first cycle NPP/ Test C need diet advice

i am 28 years old 6’1 240lbs with 20% ish body fat when i started my first cycle of 500mg/wk of test C and 400mg a week of NPP . I used to lift weights 4 years ago naturally , but over the last 4 years my testosterone levels dropped to a level where i got put on trt

In the first 3 weeks of my cycle my weight has shot up to 255lbs while i havent had my body fat measured since then , by eyeballing my gut , chest etc with photos i took before starting I would say my body fat is slightly lower or the same as before i started with my muscles coming back.

I have been going to the gym 4-5 days a week about 45 minutes-1 hour of high intensity lifting for the past 6 weeks ( 3 weeks before i started my cycle) lifting keeping a pace of 1 minute rest between sets and my muscles have been growing but im concerned with the gaining of 15 lbs in 3 weeks.

My goals are to lose body fat and keep building muscle , i think 225-230 lean would he a good size for me.

but when it comes to calories and macros for this goal i am pretty lost

Hopefully someone can guide me to some advice on this subject
 
You may need to drop fat and get to levels way lower than you think to be at or below 10% bf if that in fact is your goal.
 
I think you should have cut first, then go on cycle to grow. Not only would you grow better but you're wasting your first cycle, your best gains because steroids are used to build muscle not burn fat. That's diet and hard work

the reason i went on cycle was because my energy levels and testosterone levels naturally were to abysmal to function . prior to my cycle i had been using 30-60mg of adderall a day on and off for the past 9 years .

I recently ( 5 weeke ago) had my thyroid tested and everything else in a quest lab full male panel showed nothing out of range except my testostone

i am precribed 250 mg / wk of test
I added npp in because i have some immune system issues that ive been going to different doctors for years without any success in fixing.

short story
i was healthy until 2012 when I moved from Usa to costa rica for business , i became ill from something in my food or water while down there and my stomach started hurting after every meal . when i flew home in 2012 i went to a Doctor who put me on antibiotics , after the antibiotic cycle i started to develope allergies to certain foods . First it was gluten , then i became allergic to dairy , then soy , nightshades, basically over the past 5 years ive become more sensative to foods.


these days my diet consists of fish ( cod, salmon,tilapia, )rice, vegitables, rice milk ,


my main goal is to get my energy levels back up to what i used to have prior to my immune system problems and while

But losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle can dramatically shift hormone levels anyway. You're trying to turn on a light so you can see but you haven't taken your sunglasses off yet. Cut out sugar too, you'd be surprised what a massive difference that makes in energy levels as the day goes on. Focus on sleep quality too.

Also you're insane for using a nandrolone in your first ever cycle. You need a lot more research before you hurt yourself.
