I just read about how mixing/blending aren't truly anonymous and that with enough computing power it can be decoded.
Another recommendation talks about transferring from bitcoin into monero (which is a privacy coin that's designed for anonymity) using shapeshift.... then send the monero too a second wallet and shapeshift back to bitcoin while in the second wallet. Then send to source. This method is something to look into and possibly cheaper than blending/mixing.
