TDEE while on cycle

My current tdee calculates to 3400 @ 193lbs, 13% bf

I'd like to know what other people have experienced with different caloric surpluses while on cycle

I'd like to run a cycle such as the one outlined below

1-4 dbol @ 35mg ed
1-12 600mg test e per week (300 e3.5d)
2-10 hcg
Most likely will start at .25mg ed arimidex
If I do go with dbol. If no dbol I'll wait till 6 week bloods to see where I'm at.

15.5- start nolva clomid

20% increase in calories puts me right there around 4000 a day.

So. At a 20% tdee increase, did you swell up and put on too much bf?
Did 20% keep you lean?
Did you do 30% and still come out at a manageable bf?

At 190ish I was at 3750 per day, I'm running a similar cycle with 600 test, 400 deca, 50 dbol and 50 adrol ed.
After 2 weeks I'm up about 4/5 lbs some of which is fat. If you want to put on mass your going to put on fat, pick a plan and stick with it and accept what comes along.
Bulking will lead to some fat gains, on a cycle like that you'll have a very difficult time gaining and staying lean. With that said I don't eat like a pig, I eat clean but allow some more flexibility.
I'd suggest start your cycle, bump your cals up maybe 100/200 and after a week see where your at and adjust from there

Only 5% of consumed carbs have a chance to turn into fat. Protein is even harder to convert to fat. If your estrogen is above 45 you will start to hold fat. The higher your estrogen the more fat you will store.

You can consume 5000 calories per day and if none come from fat you will not gain fat UNLESS your estrogen is above 45

I've kept silent on your posts, but they are seriously getting far stretched now.

How can you make such a blanket statement of over 45 estrogen your will gain fat. This is close to topping everything you have posted so far.....

There is a process called de novo lipogenesis (literally: Creation of fat from non-fat sources) that can occur in the body. This process turns glucose into lipids, which are then stored as body fat.

This process is normally quite inefficient in the body[1], which suggests that carbohydrates cannot be stored as fat to a high degree.

The process can be upregulated (enhanced) if dietary fat comprised almost none of the diet (lesser than 10%, as a rough estimate), if carbohydrate intake is excessively high for a period of a few days, or if one follows an obesogenic diet (diet that is likely to make you fat) for a prolonged period of time.[
 
News flash dumbasses... Sugar, ie carbs convert to fat. Certain sugars are more easily converted. That's why all the kids are fat asses. Cokes and moon pies.
