I drink a good amount of fruit juice and milk is that going to give my body what it needs or should I force some water down to I have water at the gym etc I'm talking about at home.

Oo that's a very good idea I just don't like tap water so it's normaly why i don't drink it as much but I guess I could get some bottle water and pre mix it up and leave in fridge thanksIt's a fine source of water, but drinking a gallon of fruit juice per day can cause some issues, one being diebetes.....
Remember fruit juice is typically also concentrated with lots of sugar.
If you like fruity stuff just take a gallon jug of water, mix in some all day you may amino acids ( fruity punch) and drink on that all day. You get your water intake+ amino and get to enjoy a sweet flavored drink without all the sugar... this equals a win win situation.
It's pretty good,,,I also use Nutrabio Bcca 5000 grape.Just looked at that all day you may stuff and defo not going for fruit punch my my protein is that flavour and makes me gag lol! But the mango flavour sounds bloody lush
How long do the tubs last on avg it says 30 scoops but like how many would you put in a 5 Gallon drink? It also says it has creatine and glutamine in it does that mean if I drink this I could stop taking my glutemine 3 times a dam day might save me some moneyIt's pretty good,,,I also use Nutrabio Bcca 5000 grape.
