Deadlifts 405 4x3 was suppose to be 7RPE but was 8.5RPE by last set so I'll be lowering the weights next week shit eh.
@insaiyan93 uce got the same struggle as you now I want the 4 plate working sets but just ain't there yet together

Current calories are 2800cals hoping to lose a pound a week for the next two weeks then drop to 2300 cals on keto and drop 2lb a week for another 6 weeks then reverse diet and come back up to a beautiful 180 during powerbuilding.
