Been on family vacation for 4 days so far, no gym, no diet restrictions and its fucking me up mentally. I went into the vacation saying I'd take 1 week off from lifting then find a local gym week 2 and that I'd go off diet and allow myself to just eat and drink and enjoy myself but it's crazy how it fucks with you mentally, feel like 2 weeks will ruin all my work lol.
Anyone else battle these thoughts or am I just insane?
