What is your opionon on L caranatine and its usefulness as a fat burning aid when supplemented?

Any experience or knoweldge shared is appreciated...

Haven't appreciate any big difference, still I take 3 g intra workout just because I already have it. And it was cheap when I bought a bag of it

Unless injected, I don't see it having any useful application. The absorption rates are just too low orally.

I don't recall.

However I'll also say that taking it for fat loss just isn't going to work unless you're deficient in lcarnitine. Which is unlikely.

There are far better options for fat loss.

Useless when ingested, moderately useful when injected. Overall, not worth the literal pain in the ass IME... But, if one's seeking a side-free (IME) fat loss aid, it's nice.

Ive always had decent results from using L caranatine always drink it first thing in the morning before fasted cardio
