Sir I have complied with every request, with the exception of the picture which all I ask was to give me a few days to show the entire equipment because we are hoping to purchase an autoclave, and replace our hot plate. Also, we have proven our shipping speed and fulfilled multiple orders with pending Lab tests on our gear.

We wouldn't be able to tell if a hot plate was working or not. It's not a good look when you stall on setup pictures tells us your setup is a 10cc for a pump with cheap filters. Even if it was you would have got more respect by being honest and posting it up.

All gear I've used up until joining meso was from a friend of a friend who brewed it in his kitchen I'm sure most of us here know what to expect from small ugls we ain't looking for a huge fancy lab but we need to know you go above and beyond to guarantee quality and sanitation before we put this stuff in our body
