So I am currently on 600mg Test E and 200mg Tren with .5mg Adex eod along with Clen on a 2 week rotation. Weight training is on a 3 day split, with about 20 min of cardio a day (sometimes more sometimes less) I am 30yo 183lbs 5'8 around 10%bf based on last inbody scale.
Here is my current diet plan.
Meal 1- 2 whole eggs and two/three egg whites with a half cup oatmeal
Meal 2 -2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn
Meal 3- 2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn
Meal 4 - 2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn
Meal 5- 1 or 2 cups(depending) 93% lean ground beef with 1 cup of a vegetable and 1/2 cup rice or half a potato
Meal 6- some type of chicken/ beef/ egg or some type of food not over doing the serving but something before I go to bed.
That is about 2500 Calories a day.
Just looking to get any critiquing on my current plan from anyone with some constructive advice.
