Recomp Diet

So I am currently on 600mg Test E and 200mg Tren with .5mg Adex eod along with Clen on a 2 week rotation. Weight training is on a 3 day split, with about 20 min of cardio a day (sometimes more sometimes less) I am 30yo 183lbs 5'8 around 10%bf based on last inbody scale.
Here is my current diet plan.

Meal 1- 2 whole eggs and two/three egg whites with a half cup oatmeal

Meal 2 -2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn

Meal 3- 2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn

Meal 4 - 2 Chicken thighs skinless with a 1/2 cup rice and 1/4 cup corn

Meal 5- 1 or 2 cups(depending) 93% lean ground beef with 1 cup of a vegetable and 1/2 cup rice or half a potato

Meal 6- some type of chicken/ beef/ egg or some type of food not over doing the serving but something before I go to bed.

That is about 2500 Calories a day.

Just looking to get any critiquing on my current plan from anyone with some constructive advice.
 
I eat a similar boring diet but not for recomp. 1/2 cup white rice, 1 cup vegetables x 6 and split 2lbs of beef into 6 meals. Breakfast is cup of grits and a post shake of sorts
 
What exactly are you trying to recomp if you are 10%bf and weigh 180? There isn't a whole lot of information here that's important.

Like what's your TDEE and what DCA have you given yourself and why? Macro break down (I could do it by breaking down your food groups but that's a waste of my time so what have you calculated out) what's the goal? How longs the cycle?

My tdee is 3200, and I'm running the cycle 16 weeks I started off with test for the first four weeks then added the tren at the start of week five. Just wanna cut some more body fat while gaining a few extra lbs lean. My Marcos are around 250g protein 145g carbs and 57g Fat , so roughly 48% protein 28% carbs and 26% fats
 
Okay well then you should be eating in a surplus of 300-500 calories with more carbs until you get to desired size then cut. It's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle symaltaniously with gain the size then cut for the desired look you want
