Lol. Your nuts using that much arginine at once. That shit would mess my stomach up. I've found that 3g of arginine and 3g of citrulline work great. I've also found it works way better to use it 3x per day on an empty stomach. That's seems the best way to keep levels stable

I'm not looking for stable levels, just using it to increase vaso to help shuttle nutrients for when I spike my insulin.

And yes, some can't handle that much argenine at once and have issues with stomach, luckily I don't have that issue lol. But for the ones that can, give it a try and feel those muscles swell up like balloons lol.

I agree they need more regulation but supps make a difference especially when on cycle when your pushing your bodies limits. Give creatine and beta alanine combo a try. Arginine and citrulline also give you great pumps and muscle fullness along with increased endurance once you get your levels up after a few weeks of consistent use. When they do growth hormone stimulation testing for hgh deficiency they use IV arginine as one of the methods to stimulate hgh production for testing. Arginine is medical proven to increase hgh production. Look into it. That will change your mind on that supp.

Cytomax I haven't tried. Where did you get it from? I'm out of karbolyn, so I am going to buy some of this cytomax and give it a go.

If it's better than karbolyn then I'm ready. Thanks for the tip my man[emoji106][emoji106] I'll let you know what I think.

I also mix 15 grams of argenine in my karbolyn for crazy good pumps lol.

Just looked cytomax up. Looks like vitamin shop has for 16$ for 1.5 pounds. Damn good price!!!

I know trukk, im not a big supplement guy , but this stuff really works. Only other thing i want to try is cluster dextrin. And only cause John Meadows highly recommends it.
But im with you in that i really on real food for eeverything else.
 
Use the spike of insulin to your benefit.

Here is an example of what and how i purposely spike my insulin.

Eat a meal before working out. Low glycemic food. Mainly protein only. About 1 hour before and some veggies. ( for vital nutrients)

Then like 10 minutes before my workout I'll use a product called karbolyn ( fast acting carbs ) I'll use 100 grams. Wow! That sounds crazy! I know right. But let's think for a second.

What is the job of insulin? To shuttle nutrients etc to where they need to go.

So when I'm working out my insulin is spike, I have protein floating in body, I'm drinking my aminos and ate those nice veggies for nutrients... where do you think that insulin spike is shuttling all that too?

And what do I do after working out? Still utilizing my insulin spike and immediately slamming down 75-100 grams of protein shake.

There are other ways to manipulate your insulin to your benefit, this is just one example.

So, am I afraid of insulin spike? Nope! Not when I am in control of it.

I have never heard, read or studied anything about insulin "shuttling" anything other than glucose into cells. I was an EMT many years ago and a veterinary technician for 18years so I am well educated about diabetes and the function of insulin. Insulin is "the cellular key that transports glucose into cells for energy". That's in every textbook.

If your not using this product or one similar, you gotta give it a try. I have used karbolyn and it was ok, i now use CYTOMAX and love the stuff. I drink it rt before i start my warmup and stretching then i hit the weights. The pumps are insane!!!! Last a cpl hours after your done too. Also CYTOMAX is really cheap , a bit less than karbolyn and honestly the like it a lot better.

Right on! Thanks for the recommendation I've been using Karbolyn but that stuff gets expensive. Found 4.5 pound of cytomax on Amazon for $23. Gonna give it a go.
