Thanks man, I've trained him better then most. He follows behind when going downhill and knows to slow down when corners come up and knows when to do the jumps or go around and going uphill he goes in front and scouts it out just incase there's wildlife. He also is a trained avalanche search dog and one hell of a wrestler which is probably my favourite trait ain't nothing better then going head to head with him even though he hits like a freight train when he tackles me

Deadlift 425 3x3 AMRAP 8RPE 11

Numbers are lining up where I wanted and I even got 1 extra rep on my deadlift amrap then I thought I would for an 8RPE

Didn't do the squat amrap due to forgetting it was a note in the program until I was on my last set of my bench press but I know I could have 10 easy with 275 on squats probably more like 14 reps for a 8RPE

I've been having to push back workouts due to working 16-20 hours a day Friday-Monday absolutely no gym access and sleeping on a mountain so like I know excuses aren't good but as far as they go I think it's a good one. Although the one plus side is my cardio is getting incredible from all the hiking and skiing I'm doing and it doesn't even feel like I'm training around it's always fun and interesting.

Also I bought some performance enhancing drugs:eek: (cialis, Viagra and albuterol got a good deal) just for funnies with my girl and albuterol for my cut for my next comp in June to see if I can maintain more strength during the cut with 4mg preworkout

Imagine having to take a few months off brutha. I'm sick about it. Got some new sups I been wanting to run for so long now too. I'm hoping doc clears me soon...

I feel for you brohemoth, i knowni damn sure would be manicly depressed. Just try and stay patient my man, recovery is numero uno, then you can get back to being a monster! Haha

My New Years resolution is to do 10,000 pull ups and 10,000 push-ups in 2017 so I'll be doing 100 pull ups EOD and 100 push ups On the alternating EOD. Sets and reps schemes will change daily and hand positioning/style will alter as well to keep it interesting but that's the tentative goal.

Plan to cut 8-10lbs off of my frame in the next 6months worth of training. I ain't taking any PEDS just the occasional cialis to really get my girl happy and Kratom when I'm hurting.

Diet is flexible but the goals are
Protein 210g
Carbs 350g
Fats 100g

I will eat significantly more carbs and fat on heavy work days as I burn anywhere between 5-6k cals when I have a tough day at work but that varies daily, the diet is set for my regular everyday to be a 300cal deficit.
 
Wish I saw this when it started. Great log brother. Im a huge fan of clean/jerk and snatch. I used to oly lift and did provincials once with some great numbers. I find them to be the most exciting lifts as they are the most challenging.

Keep it going man. Really impressed by this so far
