No bs aminos

Hey guys, I've tried a lot of BCAA's, right now I'm using Muscle Pharm. It has a decent amount of all the basics, but I'm looking for the hands down best bcaa so I can stop reading and shopping around for good and just have the one that has the most grams of all the good bcaa's. There's so much proprietary blend crap and snake oil out there it's rediculous
 
BCAA's that I have found to be good. Bulksupplements and myprotein. Unflavored is the way to go IMO. You get the aminos you need with out the proprietary blend shit and added extras that may minimize the effectiveness of the product.

There was a member they recommended labdoor to see which supplements test well. By no means am I saying these are the best. Ultimately do your research and make an informed decision.
 
Myprotein is a good place just wait for sales to order. They have them often. I use myprotein for almost all my supplements. Their cookies and brownies suck balls though

Do you recommend against the supplementation of any type of amino? I'm just curious. Just reading basic information on aminos they seem to be beneficial. I haven't used them but I have considered getting some leucine glutamine.

It's only harmful to your wallet. Leucine is a very important AA but you're already getting plenty of AA's if you're eating enough protein. Glutamine supplementation is pure garbage except in very specific circumstances.
 
BCAA's are a total waste. Never once have I dieted and felt like BCAA's helped me keep any more size at all. I've never seen someone physically change from sipping on BCAA's all day. It's a crock of shit. I bought into this shit awhile back when I was experimenting with intra workout nutrition and it's garbage. Nothing but a theory, u piss all that shit out. It's like Mike Mentzer once said " There's no such thing as super nutrition, only adequate nutrition."

Another complete waste of fucking money are the expensive vitamin packs. You ever wonder why u piss green after you take them? It's because you just pissed 90% of Animal stack out of your body
