My macros....opinions?

So here is what I eat regularly. I ate the same as usual I just kept traack now. What I changed was limiting my sugar/juices.

I only had gatorade and a post workout lemonade. This is what I am going to do.

So my Macros

Caloires= 3420
Protein= 248
Carbs= 335
Fats= 77

Now I can eat more. What would you di if you were me. Bulk or maintain/harden up.

I have a log too but I don't see many there and need some opinions.
 
Well considering there are zero stats, no TDEE, no goals, no pictures, I have no clue.
My TDEE is 3750 calories. I am wonderig if you think I should keep bulking or maintain and harden.

I am 6 foot 1...222 lbs...idk body fat, what you think...
 
Then your macros are just fine for what you are going for if your TDEE is true. Maybe do what you are eod then on the other day cut out 100g of carbs so you zigzag diet a bit for better results

should I up my protein on days I cut carbs?
 
So I ate to much today. But if I can get shredded on aa bulk with tren then I might stick to that. I ate.
318 protein,
422 carbs
106 unsat fat
42sat fat which is 148 together
4360 cals

I guess this is not what you mean by zig zag lolol.
