Took 15g of Kratom to try and let my body relax it has been tensed up all day from the skiing yesterday it was way too much skiing for early season and in deep heavy snow so my knees and hips are both sore. Anyways I'm starting to build a tolerance to kratom too so don't reccomend 15g to anyone just starting out cause it's starting to hit me like a freight train I'll be it in a good way though
 
Monday to Wednesday complete rest days due to being out of town and traveling with no gym access.

Chris bell is making a documentary on kratom. Im very interested in watching it. How do you like it? Have you tried or used anything similar to it?

Only drug I've ever had (besides percocets that were prescribed for
Injury) that wasn't performance enhancing I don't really have much to compare it too but it does help with my pains tremendously but at the same time I can have a normal conversation. Wouldn't reccomend driving or doing anything too strenuous with any dose over 4g though as outa nowhere it makes me incredibly tired

Did this workout with a previous girl I was once with and she fucking killed it too damn that conscious thing cause she was asking for it after as that once was our usual to workout then stretch together then fuck and shower at her place and carried on with my day. Oh reminiscing of the good ol times

Lol, no kidding! I'd be taking a long nap after that. 8 grams was enough to chill me the fuck OUT.

I don't really have much to compare it too

It reminds me of Vicodin except different... Not quite as euphoric. You don't take it and want more more more like standard opiates. That's been my experience anyways. Having to drink it and wait for a bit to kick in makes it different than sniffing powder as well.

Definitely agree with this I'm never craving having it and honestly the taste usually makes me just not take it, I have it like every 4 or so days now but for some reason my tolerance just keeps going up, I still get the effects at lower dosages I can just handle more with better feeling

I only it do it on rare occasions if I'm feeling a little beat up. It is a very nice alternative. Building a tolerance is a motherfucker when real opiates are involved. What goes up must come down. I have to say, it would have been nice to have kratom when trying to get off the other shit.

Weed is much better. :)

Well I made a fucking mistake. I'm not taking any gear because my girlfriend is whole heartedly against drugs and all that so I gave all my stache away which was a lot. Turns out like the idiot doomsday planner I am I had my "next cycle" or what I had planned to be my next cycle sitting in a sealed box that she found while we were cleaning some stuff up in my place late last night, 3 vials of test e, 4 vials of EQ, 2000mg total of anavar, AI and PCT. So she asked and I initially said that I had planned to use for the first time and right there I was gutted I had never lied to her and said I wouldn't ever lie so I told her everything. She's said whatever I do to achieve my goals is my business but she wants kids in the future and would never live in a house with drugs in it so she won't be moving in and if my use has somehow made it difficult for me to have kids she'll leave me. Only thing is she is fine with me having done it in the past and knows that for my goals and to be what I want it helps. I'm going to sit on this for a while but basically I may have one more cycle in my future after all.


For the workout:
10 hours skiing 3 hours hiking and sauna and hotub soak after. Was suppose to do my oly lifting today but I have tomorrow off of work so I figured I'd enjoy a hike after skiing and do some ski by headlamp in the backcountry instead and do my oly work tomorrow

Work Christmas party was last night so this workout was a bit rough to say the least as it took everythingi had to not chunder during cleans and squat.

Slingshot bench 275 was suppose to be a 4x3 but I got out of the grove 3rd rep first set and my shoulder didn't feel right and I called it to not risk any issues.

Didn't stretch or do HIIT due to time constraint

Went for a run, my bike run watch died during the run but it had 3.5miles on it figure I went another 2-2.5miles after that.

My body has rejected me for doing so much cardio all in a minute period I got cold chills then I was puking then shaking so I dunno what the fucks going on I feel semi alright now 1hour after the little sickness attack but wow for 30minutes there I was in a ball on the ground at work unable to move

Trying out a new technique on my snatch which makes the weight move so much quicker and more linear but is very difficult to control my speed and catch height so I'm thrown off of balance but I think it'll be better when there's actually heavy weight on the bar. Klokov style snatching figure it's better for my mobility and style

I know I said I'd start my keto diet a couple weeks ago but that lasted a day. I really want to cut but I have an incredible amount of stress right now and can barely sleep so I don't think it's the smart idea so I'm holding off even though that also makes me a bit unhappy cause I'd really like to be 185 and shredded once again rather then 195 and a bit of fluff
