Oceanus99,did you see how many idiots are here and they just talk BS.August 2016 my AST-111 no alcohol just train and diet natty.Jan 2017 AST-54 same routine,still high but not significant.Between august and january all bunch of exams on my liver like ultrasound,CT,hida test etc.And last week i start doing the research what causing high AST.And i found this study says AST levels will be high significant 7 days after weight trainning in athletes because of a damageed muscle tissue.AST is enzyme that runs in a blood stream.So for all this forum specialsts who makes comments ,i recommend to read studies before make any comments or advising people.
