Guns

The 1/2 is 700ft lbs forward and 1100ftlbs in reverse. My old Ingersoll air impact puts out 800 max. With the Milwaukee if it doesn't break loose it just breaks. 5year product warranty and 3yr battery warranty. Battery life is fucking insane 3 full days of hard use then it only takes 30min to charge:eek: no more air hoses to trip over and cuss at.
Damn...i could have a use for that:D
How much would it empty me out for such a fine tool of torque twistery?

....well thats the not so great part :( I spent 700 on that setup he threw in the bigger batteries and a fan that uses the same batteries too. Wouldn't of gotten a deal that good except that he owed me one for giving him some duramax injectors.

PS. dont tell my wife I spent that much.

I looked into snapon's 1/2 cordless. It costs 600 and something for just the impact, it's not near as strong and the warranty isn't nearly as good...but your right it wouldn't buy one if I wasn't making a living with it.

I don't believe it's possible because some states will just flat out refuse it but I damn sure would love to see it happen.
I cross state lines alot. I can carry in my state but not one of the other states I go to often not unless I pay for a permit there too. A couple of our neighbor states have deals where we recognize their carry permits and they ours so you can carry back and forth. It'd be nice if I could travel easier.

They can stop it if it's federal. Federal law "trumps" State laws.

I get that but California would simply continue to enforce their state laws and let you fight it in court from a jail cell. They're way to far left to give a shit.

I'm in the same boat. I have reciprocity with other states and it sure would make it easier to not have to check each states laws before I cross in.

Not a guaranteed solution, but finally with a pro second amendment President we can see a much greater chance at change that was simply not possible before.

As president, with a single stroke of his pen, he can also strike down the machine gun ban of 1986. Trump is already meeting with the NRA for other progression as well.

Federal government can DENY federal funds to states that do not recognize federal law.

We now have a president that understands that self defense is a natural right and not a privilege. I look forward for the possibilities that await.

I expect it to be interesting for the next four years. If he gets constitutional carry passed then I will kiss the ring. Not really but I will damn sure be impressed. I'm pretty moderate on a lot of things but gun laws aren't one of them

Next 2 yrs there is full control. That is when they will pass what they want to pass without much resistance. The 2 yrs after are not guaranteed

Pro gun presidents are the exception, not the rule, especially looking forward. I would prefer the states take a belligerent stance against federal gun laws, good or bad.

The only federal gun laws I know of are those imposed by the NFA like the Machine Gun ban of 1986, the legal process to own and possess a suppressor and FFA licenses.

Outside of the NFA, the states make their own local laws on EVERYTHING.

The constitution is accepted for the possession of a firearm in your dwelling. States can impose "requirements for safety" but they cannot ban possession in your dwelling. The constitution then gets lawyers to twist the meaning of the definition outside you home.

It is IMPOSSIBLE for ANY state to refute federal law with the NFA around. Even the president cannot abolish the NFA at this point. Just the specific machine gun ban itself as a clause.

I guess it depends what your interpretation of the 2nd amendment is?
Some including myself feel the 2nd amendment is a right to carry any weapon without permit, without registration or own any weapon without permit, without registration.

But common sense should exclude some people from these constituional given rights. Felons, people with mental issues. I dont think we should be allowed to have explosives or incendiary weapons tho. Thats about it?
