Best Pre-Workout Supplements?

I know a lot of people that love Dust and Dust extreme, Im looking for a great non stim pre-work out. I use to love stims but now for some reason Im way sensitive to them and my heart starts to race too fast and feel like its going to pop outta my chest

I really like Permaswole, it's made by a company called chaos and pain. I buy a lot of my supps from there. They have some stimulant pwo that might work for you, the DMAA one I found pretty mild for me.

Why the heck would anyone want a 'non stim' pre workout? The whole idea is to stimulate you to get more results.

For the reasons he outlined above... Some people can't tolerate the stimulants. Probably a wise decision on there part, wouldn't you say?

The one I suggested is good for blood flow and a great pump. I never used to care for stimulants but I have been indulging in them lately... The permaswole is still included because of the benefits and fun I get out of it.

I don't use stem products anymore. Caffeine is a vasodilator. I want huge pumps to stretch my fascia.

I use carbs as my stem now. Slam down 100grams of carbs before you work out and see if you don't feel stem[emoji51]I use carbion from all max. 10-15 grams arginine and some amino acids for my pre workout.

Don't need stem products to motivate me in the gym to hit each set like my last one. Plus using those stems all the time can cause adrenal fatigue. Especially since most people now a days drink stems all day like red bull etc.

I've never found a single benefit to having more pumps than usual tbh. So if its not stimulant laced, then its of no use to me. But I can understand why some people like the feeling of the pump, but if the pump actually meant that results were happening, all the losers at my gym who train light and go for the pump would be huge but in reality, they don't even look like they train.

Lol yeah light weight for pump no good.

I always start my lifts with a big compound from the big 3. I either super set to 2 rep max or will do a pyramid.

After those heavy compounds I'll go hit the lighter isolated movements for the pumps.

Get strength sand pump

you guys are going to think I'm crazy, but I picked up a couple jugs of this cheap shit from Wal-mart called "shred igniter" and the stuff works great!!! It's cheap and is a good combination of caffeine, grean tea extract and synephrine along with a few other ingredients I wouldn't remember unless I had the jug in front of me. I've had to force myself to stop working out and leave the gym when I drink that shit, and no crash from it

I've used many and i think Jekyll & Hyde series are the best. Also has got many combinations, so you can choose the best for yourself.

Ephedrine pill from the gas station and no doz from walmart. Save your money.

True.... I used to buy the mini thins by the bottle back before the meth heads screwed everything up.
