customs and fines...

hey just curious what fines you get in your country/state if your package is seized by costums. In Denmark we get 500 bucks per unit (ex one 1 ml ampoule)
That's what holding me back for
ordering online;(

In North America US or Canada if "Customs" finds your gear it is seized. No fine issued just a seizure letter sent to packs address. Worst case scenario LE does a controlled delivery and if you take the bait.....(in the US)

Yep
in most countries you'll get no fine but you risk prosecution
If your package is seized, then getting a fine is actually a good thing as it replaces a prison sentence as the punishment for breaking the law.

In Denmark
Can't you argue that "someone else" made a mistake in the address since the (fake) name doesn't match any people living in your household?
so the package arrived "by mistake" to your home
thus they should charge the fine to the sender (fake name), not you

i would think that once you take possession of the illegal goods, regardless, you're screwed. Especially if you sign for it.

I know it's seized but I wonder if all Canadian and US customs agents are all jacked af?
