2iu hgh once a week and dhea: believe it or not?

I had a chiropractor who saw many patients and as a fairly strong upper back adjuster his career should normally cause damage to his own body. But it didn't. He looked great, in his late 40s and worked out only using the body via pushups, pullups etc and some swimming. I'm 49 lifted wieghts since age 15, developed good muscle and strength just using supplements, actual deer, elk or bison meat gave me great gains...........but I care not for gains, I prefer lean, sculpted, aesthetic looking within reason. The chiro friend told me he used only 2iu per week. I told him about dhea available in the country we worked and he added 100mg a day supplement. After 6 weeks I saw him and he was noticeably a little more buffed, especially arms. Yes, it was that fast, and yes he said only 2iu hgh once a week. Overall, he looked more hard and leaner than myself but he had no degeneration or age related nagging issues like me. I feel he shared this knowing I was leaving the country fairly healed but with lingering age related aches and pains unless adjusted every six weeks for wellness, but still facing age related degeneration. I often think he wouldn't bullshit me cause he has no reason, and since I told him about my use of dhea he opened up and shared his own use of hgh. I was quite impressed, and interested knowing his career should cause him body problems but didn't.

Could this actually be true? I know what I saw was true in his results. Yes, only once weekly shot of only 2 iu and bettered with the daily dhea supplements.

Please feel free to comment maturely.

The dhea is sold regularly in Dubai. He used a 100mg tablets, it wasn't 7 keto dhea, I used 7 keto and found it effective at only 50mg once a day. Any more made me aggressive in crowds, noticeably for my moods.

I don't what brand or where he got the hgh from. But, for real he said he used only 2iu per week, not daily. Only dhea was daily.

I must say he had me curious about the hgh small use. Once I told him about dhea in 6 weeks he was even bigger, not freaky, but noticeable. For a guy who treated usually over 30 people a day with hard physical adjustments it normally beats up the chiropractors body as well, but this guy.

I'm asking people if 2iu once a week sounds realistic ? He had no reason to hide anything as he disclosed his use.
He didn't use a modern one shot slow releasing gh as seen in research.

Rather than using an anecdote of ONE, as a standard of efficacy, perhaps you'll uncover the TRUTH about the INEFFECTIVENESS of DHEA in MEN by searching an scientific cite such as PubMed or Google scholar.

In addition since the standard GH dose for adult onset GH deficiency approximates ONE IU/DAY, 2 IUs a week likely only resulted in a reduction of endogenous GH production.

Good luck

Dhea works well for me, and 7 keto I find better.....than any supplements I have used. I'm age 50. I get a noticeable recovery, strength and muscle growth at a normal healthy rate. Soreness doesn't linger and it's noticeable quickly. Maybe not for other people. Scientific studies showed ostarine as a potential beneficial sarm. Ostarine just made me nautious, dizzy and I felt extremely uncomfortable, anxiety.

7 keto noticeably makes my gonads bigger very quickly at 50mg once in the morning. Soon as I'm off 7 keto my gonads are back to normal, or 50 year old balls, hahaha.

I am interested in the once a week 2iu hgh testimony of my former chiropractor though, if I ever get back overseas to see him.

If I look at what scientific journals published about strength and conditioning in late 80s and what is published now, many of the periods experts have different things to say as thinking evolves.

Scientific reasearch shows creatine as a legitimate enhancing supplement. I find it just bloats me with extra water, and a waste of money........others like creatine.

Science says prozac is effective, however for many it's not, or can make things worse, hence the many different products that suit on person and do nothing for another.

I had great gsins from androstendione in the late nineties when it was legal. It was good for recovery as well

Blind, double blind, triple blind experiments......researchers who can't trust themselves? Controls? That's funny.

Things that are ineffective I find are not banned by the Olympic Committee or western countries. Last time I saw gnc dhea was in 5mg amounts around year 2003. Overseas its available in 50mg, 100mg and 200 mg.
Research supported MetrX when it first came out and was promoted in Vegas at an NSCA conference. Of course the researchers had a connection to the product and so was it's funding, as often in research.

Why ask a question if YOU have already defined the answered and outcome, lol

Adios

The chiropractor I mentioned must have been unwilling to fully disclose, kinda like the guy who says I only had one beer ociffer.....

Here's a pubmed study on dhea, having effect, although different for genders over age 50
