What do you put on white RiCE

I eat 1 cup of rice 3 time a day and i hate it but it does well for my body.. I do 1 tbl spoon of butter and soya sauce bjt theres like 900mg sodium in soya sauce..

Any tips :)
 
Salvador whatever I'm making along with the rice which is usually something that has a sauce/reduction to it.
 
Mever heard of salvadore?? Im fussy as fuck.. Chili sauce? Sounds gross haha

Fucking phone typoed the fuck out of that lol. It was supposed to be "salad". I make my own dressing and the salad mix and dressing combined with the rice makes it taste a lot better IMO.

Il never eat salad lol no calories i aint touching it im a hardgainer.. At 6k caloeies now.. Salad will just make it worst.. I take 30g fats each meals
 
I toss frozen veggies in with mine alot. it adds a bit of color and keeps it from becoming a lump when i meal prep for the week. I also use beans for this.

the other alternative is add some franks red hot! kick it up a notch

I'm at 4500 approximately right now and there's always room for salad for me. Love it. Plus you can easily make a high calorie salad with a little ingenuity. Bacon, nuts, fatty cuts of meat, high cal dressings, etc.

So something like a pilaf of sorts....sounds yummy. Add meat to that for a 1 bowl meal :)
 
Goddamn dude, ive never seen a grown man be so fussy about food. Throw some pepper and hotsauce on it, or get low sodium soy sauce. Another option is to mix your meat and vegetables in all together so you get the flavor from the other stuff with the rice.
Haha i try bro!! I used to eat chips and candys and was 120lbs 4 years later im a lean 190-200.. I came a long way and i cant wait to see my progress in another 4 years

Lol I am a picky eater myself, and beans for example make me gas real bad so I avoid them.

Rice and oats no problem and perfect to hide stuff like mushrooms that I also hate.
