Ive used them before never had a problem

It appears they are incompetent in handling business. They are extremely slow. Placed an order some 15 days ago. Money has been deducted from my account. I've called 3 times and after waiting 20+ minutes someone speaks to me they tell me it takes awhile to process an order. I ordered 10 items.

I use them some but the shipping is slow sometimes. I usually get some stuff from them so I can get free magazine subscriptions. I only order from them when I'm not in a hurry to get it though.

If I order supplements I usually go with fitnessfirstusa as their shipping is real fast and prices are good too

Like mentioned above very slow to ship. Prices arent bad, they price match other sites. Always got what i orderd just very slow. In today's internet shopping world, 2+ weeks is way too long. I use them as a VERY last resort.

Besides price gouging, another reason I stopped using GNC is their shipping is slow af.
