First Cycle - Test E, Tbol

Thought I'd create a log of my first cycle, nothing crazy 500mg Test E, Tbol starting from 50 mg a day.

I pinned first time today on my right quad and I have to say my fear of needles was unfounded. Slight pip, more of an inconvenience but not painful at all. I used 24g 1 inch needles, 18 g blunt needle to draw. Already feel a bit of hardness at my core area from, probably from Tbol.

My cycle below:

Test E - 500mg per week - 12 weeks
Tbol - Start at 50 mg, slowly increase to 70mg - 6 weeks
Aromasin - 25 mg EOD - 12 weeks
5% Nutrition Liver and Organ Defender - 9 capsules ED throughout cycle (inc. PCT)

PCT 2 weeks after my last pin

Nolvadex: 40/20/20/20
Clomid: 75/50/50/50

Stats
25
150 pounds
12% bf
lifting since 2 years

My diet is 2500 cal right now with 200+ protein. Might bump it up to 3000-3500 after week 4 once Test starts to kick in. Hope to keep 15-20 pounds of gains, not sure how realistic that is.

I have total of 13500 IUs of hCG which I am unsure when to use. Opinions are split between during cycle and PCT. Would be great to hear from you guys.

Any other suggestions welcome.

Welcome to Meso.

I'll sub.

I'd push PCT out to three weeks from last pin.

If you want to keep those gains, I'd start eating like you mean it now.

How tall are you?

Thanks for the sub. I am 5'11''

Would you suggest upping the calories to 3000 now? Or even more?

5' 11" and 150 lbs... you are early to be using gear my man.

What are the goals here?

I honestly would recommend you continue natural but I know that ship has sailed.

Up your calories well beyond 3000. I'd shoot for 4000 if I were you.

I agree that it is probably too early but I have thought of this long and hard and consciously made this decision. I have literally read Anabolics by Llewellyn cover to cover and fully understand all the risks associated. Sorry if that makes me sound like know-it-all.

Will up my calories to 3500 and take it from there. My goal is to gain as much lean and sustainable mass as possible (15-20 pounds hopefully), this might be a unicorn I am looking for lol. Strength gains would be nice too.

What weight did you start at 2 years ago?

Forgot to mention, I got my bloods done and am waiting for results, should be with me this week.

Will get bloods done again in 6 weeks.

120 pounds soaking wet, would never want to be that skinny bitch again
Holy shit, did you have to have weighted shoes when it was windy? Jk. :p

I'd definitely agree with upping calories, including keeping protein high.

Do you wing it in the gym or follow a program?

It sounds like you've actually made pretty good gains in the last 2 years considering. Just make sure you know that you have your training on point or close as you know and also your nutrition.

Haha. I will definitely keep my nutrition and training on point. Given that I am taking the risk of juicing (albeit often overblown), there's no reason not to be consistent with those two. One question on nutrition if you don't mind answering. While my protein sources are from sources such as chicken, fish, eggs, I always had atleast 1000 calories from peanut butter and bananas (my bulking foods). Should I be doing any different when I am on gear?

For training, I started with Jim Stoppani's Shortcut to Size program an year ago but I later tailored that to include more compound moves. My workout regimen is pretty typical.

Chest/tris
Back/Bis
Shoulders
Legs

As long as you're getting adequate amount of protein and overall calories I don't see any problem with peanut butter and bananas. Many use peanut butter to help get to their calorie goals being as calorie dense as it is.

I'm actually doing a modified version of S2Size right now myself. Made it into 5 day a week and I too add a few more compounds into it. Honestly tho I'm seriously debating switching over to one of Layne Norton's programs tho. Check out the discussion in this thread

Hello,

I'm going to let you in on a little bit of info that helped me drastically when I was still natural.

You need to eat more. Now I know people have different genetics, and yada, yada, yada. The fact of the matter is though, you should be eating enough to gain at least 1lb every two weeks minimum. Especially so when you have two years or less of training experience and are in your mid to lower 20's. To have gained 30lbs in two years is... Well it lead one to believe you don't take eating seriously enough. I remember when I first started I was 135lbs. My first year alone I shot up to 185lbs. Before I finally hopped on my first cycle which in my opinion was still too early considering I had some easily obtainable natural gains left, I was still a solid 205 though. This is at 5'9 also.

Just a consideration, I would focus on learning how to grow without roids first before you hop on it and hope for the best.

Sorry to sound like an asshole, I'm just trying to help.

I really like combining shoulders with chest and triceps. Consider giving it a try so you can make it a three day split and increase your frequency.

If you want to get big, eat eat eat. Don't limit yourself with calories. If you started at 120 and you're only 150 now, you need to learn to eat. To the point where force feeding will be a necessity. Hard gainers seem to always be concerned about eating too much and it baffles me... worry less about clean eating and focus on calories calories calories. Steak is preferable to chicken in your situation. Visa versa during cutting IMO.

Anyways, calories and heavy compound lifts and this and will be a good cycle. I'm not really familiar with stoppanis program but I'll check it out.

my bloods came back, this is the first time I am getting my testosterone checked. Came out to be 9nmol/L or 260 nd/dL. I am 25 and my t levels are 30% less than average of a 85 year old man! source

Worst part of it was my GP says 'Its all good" What the fuck! Do they have no idea of endocrinology!

No wonder I gained 2 kilos in a week on test e cycle. Anyone experience low natty T? What did you do? Do you guys suggest TRT?
