Cycle Nutrition Overview/Critique

I can have the ole lady whip up some protein bars. Know any awesome recipes?

I wouldn't mind snaking on Greek yogurt either. Do you think I should have a measured amount ready for when I get up? Maybe measure out a half cup and then dip some protein bars in it. Damn that sounds good
 
I don't get a lot from eq just makes me hungry, mk-677 will make you hungry as well. It didn't do much more for me just made me hungry. Only thing with eq is the kick in time, mk-677 will kick in a lot faster.

For the food it depends on the goals. On my bulk I would eat a meat and something like sweet potatoes and greens. Now I usually eat some good carbs no sugars and a meat, something high in protein. Remember more protein will cause you to burn more calories, in a cut I take in more protein then I do on a bulk.

I usually have 4x500g Greek yogurt containers mixed with granola in the fridge and I just keep refilling them with the icecream bucket sized librte Greek yogurt. As for protein bar recipes I think we got a solid thread on that somewhere here, I'll see if I can dig it up

Do you eat just plain Greek yogurt? I can't do it, reminds me of sour cream. The vanilla though is super fire.

Plain Greek yogurt with granola but if I'm just eating yogurt then vanilla the librte one has 0g of fat and is 3:4 ratio of protien to carbs so really good there

I'm not exactly sure how I would characterize this cycle. It's not true bulk but I have already lost about all the fat I think I can. I just want to add mass to my shoulders and chest and widen out a bit while staying lean and vascular.

I think I'm just going to run the eq, fuck it. I already have it. I'm just gonna front load double the weekly dose 3 days before I start my cycle. Then, run the cycle as normal.

So 600mg for 3 days, then on the fourth day (start of cycle) pin 300mg and 300mg test

If I can ever get over this back injury I'm gonna start, but until then, I've just been getting my diet dialed in
