Hi guys,
Here is what I have come up with. I will start the cycle in June and post a log in the Cycle Log section. I have also included my insulin protocol which I would like some feedback on. My goal is to build mass and lots of it.
My pinning days will be Monday and Thursday except for short esters which will be EOD.
AAS CYCLE:
WK 1-24: Test E 1gram PW
WK 1-16: Boldenone (EQ) 800mg PW
WK 1-16: Nandrolone Dec 600mg PW
WK 1-6: Dianabol 50mg ED
WK 16-22: Masteron P 100mg EOD
WK 16-22: Tren A 100mg EOD
Pharmacy Anastrozole at 1mg EOD
INSULIN PROTOCOL:
I will be using Novorapid insulin pen (15 minute onset, 45-90 minute peak, 3-5 hour duration) pre workout and using the 10g of carbs to 1iu of insulin rule and ensure that I have glucogel in my car, gym bag, work office, home and my pockets in case of emergencies. I will taper up my insulin starting at 2iu and going up 1iu each day to a max of 10iu. Since I am bulking I will keep my carbs still at 10:1 to meet my carb requirements and ensure safety. The shakes I will be using with my insulin are as follows:
Shake A: 50g Carbs (Karbolyn), 40g Hydrolized Protein, 10g Creatine, 5g Leucine, 25mcg Chromium Picolate, 5g L Glutamine, water.
Shake B: 1/2 cup oats, 6 egg whites, 1 large banana, 1 scoop of whey for flavour, milk.
Protocol:
45 minutes pre workout (PW): Pre Workout supplement containing NO boosters, beta alanine, caffeine, citrulline, l arginine, inositol, choline.
15mins PW: Insulin (start at 2iu and taper up to 10iu)
Immediately after injection: Shake A (drink entire shake)
TRAIN
Intra Workout: Shake A (sip after each set)
Within 1 hour post workout: whole meal containing protein and carbs (chicken breast and rice or salmon and sweet potato, etc)
One hour after meal: Shake B
