When do you guys take your BCCAs ?

I drink Xtend from SCIVATION everyday all day. Know some of you guys not even use BCCAs. But to you guys who are using it ?

Intra wo. And I prefer eaa or eaa/bcaa blend over bcaa alone.

You get all the BCAAs you need when you eat whole protein sources. Whey is especially high in BCAAs. Of course piana is going to tell you to drink it all day, the idiot sells it.

I recently started drinking BCAAs and other amino acids because plain water is no fun. To be honest, i don't notice any difference except $50 gone that I could have spent $5 on mio flavoring and used $45 on more AAS goodies.

Mentally I do think I am cool for drinking it but that gets old fast especially when it's time to pay for another tub.

^^This. Lots of studies I've read have stated that as long as you intake adequate protein there is no need for stand alone BCAAs and no real benefit. But on that note if I find them on sale cheap on Myprotein or somewhere I will get some and drink them during my workout to give me a flavored low calorie drink.

If your diet is in order it's pissing money out. Unless u r in contest prep or similar on a seriously restricted diet imo. Does your urine smell like ammonia or have a sweet maple scent to it at all?

I just started using the "ON" amino energy blend, I figured having the dual purpose action is good, since I like a little pre workout anyway.

When over doing it on protein/aminos your urine may smell like ammonia or maple syrup. It's a sign to cut back. That's the point.
