Shakes instead of foods... (Read)

I'm not sure if you're aware, but make sure they're pasteurized. If you get it straight from the egg, there's an enzyme within the white that keeps the body from absorbing most of the nutrients. When pasteurized, the heat kills the enzyme and the body will take in all of the protein.
I'm not aware rut man. As the old myth goes you lose protein in the egg from actually cooking it. I've never once heard of missing proteins from drinking a non pasteurized egg white. Studies?
 
I had my mouth wired shut from a broken jaw. Blended every thing for six wks. Didn't noticed any dramatic loss of energy or muscle loss from my experience.
 
Monster shakes are always great for bulking . Last year we all got on a blender kick and started blending all our foods . Steak,eggs,meatloaf,pizza . Its easy to get in the calories/protein .

I think the end calorie intake is the same , whole food eaten or blended .


I can understand boring to eat meats. Such as chicken and fish, but why on earth would you blend pizza?? Eat that shit!
