Fatigue on gh

From my experiences ranging many years of GH use, typically the fatigue is related to when you first start. It should go away within a couple weeks. I have found T4 does help combat the fatigue during this time period, and aids with faster fat loss (Dr. Jim has in the past pointed out there is no use for T4 when running GH, and while I greatly respect him, it seems to help me so I keep using it).

Have Fun;)
This.
The first month on GH I only wanted to sleep. It subsided around week 5. But that month was brutal. Talk about feeling like a complete nothingness zombie. Only time I felt good was sleeping or training. Even eating was laborious.

Just was reading through this and was going to add what you already did here big guy. I was going to state anywhere from 5-8 weeks it will subside depending on the individual.

I do advocate t4 for the first month or so.

Dr JIM has some good points on this subject.

How come only man call me "Big Guy?"

Yes,
I think we all agree after a month or two the fatigue subsides. So yes, for me it's not a problem now.

I am planning to start HGH soon (when it arrives), but this fatigue side concerns me. I have several long distance races in the end of April and mid May (over 40 miles). Can you guys suggest a way to help prevent or lessen the fatigue sides?

Would EC stack help reduce/eliminate fatigue? Or it won't because the hgh is messing up thyroid functions so nothing will help except thyroid medication such as T4?

I see some run ECA while on HGH, but its more to speed up the fat loss process. I think you are going to be okay if you ramp up and take your injections before bed. Sounds like the T4 also could assist at least for the first few months.

I think it depends on each individual. I tried ECA, Coffee, Taurine, snorting a line (joking), cold showers (no bs) and to no avail nothing really helped. Sometimes a good puff of a sativa would help, but not always.
I also tried licorice root extract, green tea, red bull shit, 5 hour energy.....but not until adding t4, did I notice a difference.

What is the level in which your experiencing fatigue? Very noticeable? I understand everyone is different, just curious.
Noticeable yes - I pin gh at night but still can feel groggy during the day. I have energy for the gym ok - but just a general lethargy. Its not crippling in any way - but its there.

I ordered a t4 and t3 oral mix - i think I may need to order just t4. Im running 6iu of gh for the next couple months then dropping down to 3IU. Will try T4 while running the higher gh dose.
