hey guys so I started my cycle today
750 mg tren ace
800mg primo
300mg test prop
100 mg test cyp
50mg var- may increase- usually run 100mg
50units hcg twice week
1mg annostrozole 2-3 times week
Will add gh once it arrives

I'm 6'-2" 221 LB as of this morning about 13% bf
Train 5 days week

I'm looking to reduce body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible if not adding some

A friend of mine proposed this carb cycle:

Low carb 1 day: fat 107g , carb 21g, protein 396g- 2716cals roughly

Mod carb - 3days In a row- fat 90g, carb 245g, protein 364g 3364 cals roughly

High carb - 1day- fat 83g , carb 381g , protein 330 gram - 3924 cals roughly

Start over at day 1 low carb

This will be the 3rd time I've ran this cycle of gear with the exception of gh-

What do you think of the macros?

Fat seems really low on the low carb day. I've read into a bit about the carb cycling and insulin sensitivity.
It works over time, but it's a lot of water weight shedding for a while.
At that point... I would either just eat your carbs everyday and stay in a deficit, or try and go keto (carb free) throughout with maybe a refers day on weekends or so.

Give it a shot and see how you feel!
Like I said fat looks low. You might feel a bit sluggish for that 1 day... but you never know until you go! Let us know how it works out.

Are you going to base you workout days, depending on the amount of carbs you eat that day?

I'm going to try- high carb will be leg day , mod chest , arms, back, low shoulders- I'm sure it will end up alternating depending how I feel and since the carb cycle resets after day 5. Doing legs on low carb day surely would burn a lot of calories but might not give me the best strength.

I would try and eat the 21 carbs pre workout. Or split 10 before and 10 after LOL. Good luck.
Or low carb can always just be on your day off.
I believe you can always lift on your high carb day if you want. For your 5 days a week training. Since H,M,M,M would be your carbs. Thats four good lifts. Then do a day off on your Low day. Lift on your High day again. And take off on your Mod day. Right?
You don't have to work out 5 days on a row. So play around with it. It might be good, actually. Maybe stretch and do cardio on low days.

What's your opinion on the macro rAtios?

What's your opinion on the macro rAtios?

This is my opinion. Sometimes it's best to experiment and learn by yourself. LOL. This is what I have learned.

It honestly looks fine. I have never seen someone do this.

Protein some people like even higher then that, or lower. But since you have no carbs, on some days. I would not go lower then that. I would eat 50 g of fiber ed. This is more important then people think. You absorb more nutrients as the food goes through you.

I heard that for keto diets getting fats up to 200 g can be beneficial. But since you are only doing that for one day it is different. Maybe add fat to your low carb day. I eat 100 grams of fat when I am at 500 + grams of carbs. So maybe like 150 grams of fat might feel better for you on low carb days. I am skinny/fast metabolism.

You can always add and take away macros, also. But this seems like it will work fine. Adding a little here and there won't make a huge difference(at the start).

That is one hell of a fucking cycle. If I were you I would eat. A shitload. Everyday 500 grams carbs, 300-400 grams protein and 120grams fats, 50 g grams fiber and less then 75 grams sugar. I don't get fat on my body though. IDK about you.

What is your metabolism like? Have you been skinny all your life. Or have you been fat and lost weight? How many cycles have you ran? Age(roughly)? Calories look good. Do you know what your maintenence is?

If you eat a lot Those compounds should do what you want. Those compounds don't aromatize super crazy. As if you added deca or dbol. Looks like a good leaning cycle.

Also if you ran this cycle of gear 3 times. I think you know way more then I do, how it will work for you. I would listen to yourself. More then me.

My maintanence is about 3300 cal/day. I have always had a slender athletic build. If I ate 500grams of carbs I would be a complete fat ass with a huge gut- lol- I appreciate the reaponse it's been really helpful. My previous runs with this cycle have been with lower macros which leaned me out nicely but I want to maintain more size with this run.

What's wrong with eating a steady maintenence? The carb cycle won't do anything magical. Net energy balance is still key

I've done carb cycles in the past just with lower macros- I've had good luck with them- I tend to be carb sensitive in my mid section so that's why I like the idea of this plan. Cycling the carbs constantly keeps the body looking for fuel from what I understand - I'm no expert though- just speaking from past experience and cycles

Your body isn't dumb. It knows calories. What it totals out to be is what matters. Not that it's a carb or not. There's multiple studies showing the rate of fat loss is dependent on net energy balance and not the type of macro. Macros can make a difference in performance and muscle retention and that's why they're partially important. 1g/lb lean mass for protein, fats are individual. I usually just have about 20-40g and the rest carbs. It's individual on how the person feels with those two though.

Going to Ibiza in July- need to shed the fat - I think I may switch it up and do high impact cardio instead of low impact
